Lodge was quite far from town and rooms were a little far from the reception/restaurant, but was also nice being slightly isolated. The hot water went out a couple of times, but that was fixed pretty quickly.

Free water, views, multiple tours available, food and service were good, great staff. Beautiful area to be in.

I really liked everything

I loved the view, it was amazing! the vibe of the hotel was incredible, we arrived and they had live music, breakfast was really good (it wasn't included but still it was a fair price). The room was big and comfortable and the price was the best.

Incredible! This place just gets everything right down to the smallest details. I have spent years traveling in Colombia and almost all hotels are good, many are very good and a lot are great but this was EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you for a great stay.

Not only is the property itself magical, with an amazing view, but the staff is super nice and helpful. The dorm was cleaned and fresh towels given everyday. This is a place to relax and enjoy the nature surrounding it.

The property is beautiful with interesting architecture and wonderful views over the Magdalena River. The staff (especially Jennifer and Laura) go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and interesting. The restaurant has some of the best food in San Agustin.

Kitchen is so underequipped (no decent pan or knife), it felt they don't respect their guests. It made us feel they don't want us too cook here and it was not cleaned every day. Don't offer dormitories if you don't want backpackers in your hostal, or make the kitchen better. Would be nice if you lend umbrella for the long way to the bedrooms Laundry service is the most expensive we paid in Colombia Unfortunately the big hamac was broken :(

Everything else is outstanding and perfect Staff is helpful and nice Breakfast is very good (avocado one above all) The cabaña is amazing, beds so confortable and we were lucky as the hotel was so quiet. It matches the price and the standing we expected. Dorms are the best we ever had. Massage was great View is amazing

Everything is perfect about this place.

This place is Heaven!! On the top of the hills with a breathtaking view & energy ! It's better than the photos !! The cute cottages, the environment, the place itself i's absolutely magic! The room was super clean ! The space inside was incredible. The bathroom was also very nice and the shower to be honest was one of the best showers we tried in Colombia. The hot water is really hot and never fails! For breakfast you have several options to choose from and it's delicious! This is one of the coolest places we have ever stsyed!

I would not book a tour with the hostel. Even if I specifically asked for an English tour, I was send on a Spanish one where the guide barely spoke 10 English words. The service at the restaurant in the evening was also very poor, unfortunately.

The jacuzzi wasn't working due to COVID (obviously understandable) The place is out of town and you have to take a taxi every time but it's worth it! The hostel's restaurant was a bit over priced

The views are amazing! There is a small river flowing through the hostel and a net to sit to view the mountains. There is an equipped kitchen and lots of places to sit inside and outside. The rooms are really good, dorms had private shower and bathroom that were the best we'd been to in a long time! They have tours and information at the front desk (we found them cheaper somewhere else but it's convenient for others)

the cabins have very thin walls. we could literally hear our neighbors’ conversations through the walls. and unfortunately they started talking at 6.30am.
