Good hotel with friendly staff, nice size room with a good fully functional bathroom , comfortable bed and very clean. It has also good WiFi and the location is safe and convenient.

The breakfast included fresh fruit and really good hot chocolate; however, the hot breakfast could use a bit more effort— simply eggs, with or without ham, and two slices of white bread. No butter or jam or even toasted. That said, there’s a very nice bakery a block away with fresh croissants and jam at the store around the corner from hotel. This worked for us.

The rooms and bathroom were clean, They provided any extras we requested. Everyone who works here was very kind and accommodating to myself and my children. They were also patient with me and my crappy Spanish. Wifi was consistent in our room (not always fast, but one time it stopped working and they reset the modem immediately for us). Pics are accurate. I recommend staying here.

There were no towels or blanquets in the room even tough I made a previous reservation, my party were 5 family members and when I made it to the front desk they asked me if I wanted 1 or 2 rooms withouth explanating that 1 would accommodate us all for less money.

Do not stay here. The rooms are dirty, they don't have windows and only harsh florescent lighting. There's NO HOT WATER! I took cold showers for 3 days before checking out early

it is absolutely noisy, it is impossible to rest well because people get in and out ALL night long, you can hear perfectly well every single thing they do in the hallways, and besides of this the cleaning people talk soooo loud in the hallway that you wake up thinking that something bad is happening!! Also, the crazy noise that come from the street makes the whole night really bad!

I didn’t like this hotel at all. This place has nothing in special or particular, very simple, the ONLY reason we booked here was because it was a bit close to Estadio Campín.

- The rooms are not as clean/neat/tidy as they look in the photos (they all have black spots in their walls, and the window shades don't work properly). Also, the beds headboards were percussed...they were supposed to be white, but they were yellow and looked kind of disgusting. - The water kept running out in the toilets to a point where we needed a lady from the cleaning staff to come to one of the rooms with a bucket to fill it with water and flush the toilet. - The breakfast options are limited and inflexible (they only have eggs, and for example, you can get them with ham, or with onions...I asked one time for them to have both -onions and ham-, and the lady mentioned that it was just not possible, and when I asked why, she just mentioned that it just wasn't). - The staff gave us the wifi password until our last day. We asked for it on day one, and she gave us the lobby's wifi pass, but we stayed on the fifth floor....so, we didn't have any connectivity in our rooms and on the last day the lady at the front desk mentioned that there was also wifi in our rooms, and gave us the password...kind of late, don't you think? - The elevator didn't work while we stayed there, and the staff just kept telling us that "it will be fixed by today's afternoon" and that never happened. - The staff charged the full amount of our stay to my card on day one. What hotel does that? We really wanted to go somewhere else, but as we were already charged for the three nights, we really couldn't go Anywhere else.

Location, flexibility and cleanliness- the maid even

Perfect location for business or pleasure; Not far from all the action zones, parks and shopping. Great prices and beautiful staff; very flexible and sustainable and will make it home for a while. Unlikely to feel unsafe here as it feels safe to walk around.

noises, rooms with only one towel, no shampoo, no toilet paper, small rooms, and the ground crew with bad actitud, booking for four days , stay only 3, I can’t stay more…. I don’t recommend this”Hotel” to anyone…..

Very loud neighbours ( a whole football team) and no one did anything about it. Also you can hear a lot of sounds outside and the traffic.

Lots of things missing, for start (and hugely important): there wasn't a door on the shower, bathing was a messy experience... towels and sheets didn't seem clean enough, the room was noisy (hall noise was heard pretty loudly), staff felt a bit unwelcoming, breakfast was sub-par.

Location is pretty good, close to major points of the city and in a quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Room is spacious and well equipped with a fridge, closet, full body mirror, drawers, table and a chair.
