Really not much bad to say at all. The breakfast was tasty. But I’m not a very picky eater. One day the electronics was out for about 2 hours. Very minor inconvenience.

The best part was the attentiveness of the staff. They helped us book a trip to the islands, were always accommodating, and did everything with a smile. The place was clean, and had everything you need - including a good A/C unit. The pool is good for a cool-off during the day. The location isn’t too terribly loud, but of course they use their horns like mad down there and if you’re from the states this might be annoying for you.

Absolutely everything the location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere from the best restaurants, clubs and even the port for any excursions! A very clean hotel, and not in the middle of everything so you get quiet time at night! The breakfast is huge brings everything you need one of my friends couldn’t make her flight and she booked a last-minute room for herself. She even loved it!

Just a small thing: the breakfast could use some improvements in terms of options but also speed up as sometimes it took us 30 minutes to receive our plates. Another thing for the owners: please put air conditioning or fan in the reception for the poor guys who work there! They are amazing

The doors to the toilet are see-through which is not a very private experience for the one using it. There could be more spaces to hang things.

The hotel has a great location, you can walk from there to the city centre and everything you need. View from the rooftop is very nice. The room was quite quiet and very clean. Smart room was a little bit hard to handle, but once we figured it out it worked quite well. Breakfast was exceptional and felt very exquisite. Staff was very friendly. Also the small pool is very nice, overall an exceptional hotel where you feel very at home and cosy.

The main areas and breakfast area needed better AC.

Our room was large and exquisite. It looked just like the photos. We stayed in the king room with sea view. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. This was the perfect location within the walled city. We had the best view of the Holy Week parade from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious and staff was so helpful. We enjoyed the smart TV and controls and had no issue using it.

If I could give it more stars, I would. We had a great time. The hotel staff were charming, attentive, and incredibly professional. The pool was a perfect refreshing spot in the middle or end of the day, the breakfasts on the patio were amazing, our bed gave us incredible nights rest, and the room was very pretty and romantic.

The hotel is beautiful, and perfectly located on one of the nicest streets of Cartagena. With only 7 rooms it is offers a great personalized experience. The best is the staff who is very attentive and helpful.

I'm a technophobe so when I walked into a "Smart Room" I was a bit intimidated. I got used to it quickly but the a/c automatically turns off so no coming back to a cool room out of the heat.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The location made it very easy to walk around. Roof top breakfast was very good. Can't say enough about the staff

This is a recommendation for the hotel owners. Please install an A/C in the reception area or find a way to provide the employees with air. It is too hot for them, and they do an excellent job for your company.

First, I loved the place and the architecture. The staff is fantastic; they talked with me and recommended good restaurants and places to visit in the city. The room was great and clean; most furniture and lights worked with Alexa. They have a rooftop with a beautiful view, and the breakfasts were super delicious. They have 24/7 employees there in case you need any help. I would pick this hotel again for my future travels.
