Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ColombiaThere were no showers or changing rooms in public areas. I've been told that they are still working in the Spa and the Gym, so they could probably fit in those areas.
The hotel exceeded my expectations! From the welcoming with a delicious oatmeal coconut drink at the reception to the staff, food, location and cleanness. The hotel certainly pays attention to every detail. The staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurant offered very good plates and cocktails. The breakfast besides being delicious was varied from one day to another. I would certainly go back to Nattivo!

IrelandCons ,staff speaks little English and there is no after hours zone where you can have a drink we were kick off around 22.30 from swimming pool are and restaurant only area in the hotel where you can have a drink,we try only socialise with other guests and security came in and said we have to leave that was very unprofessional handled by hotel ,you should have have at least bar open by midnight in location like San Andres. Also we received a final bill one day before checkout through the door it feels a bit like we are kick off before.
Nice hotel ,good location, Pros Amazing food I'm a Michelin star chef and was really surprised by the food texture, flavour, presentation all there wouldn't expect that from a location like san Andrés,fair play to chefs and all team

United StatesThe covered beds by the pool are too short. The room had no desk for computer work. There was only one small drawer in the closet for clothes. The rainfall shower is nice but if it also had a handheld shower wand, it would be nicer.
Nice pool. Friendly staff. Great location. New hotel.

CanadaDespite the high cost, the service at this hotel is disappointing. Our check-in had issues, and the room we received wasn't what we anticipated. While the hotel tried to accommodate us by offering another room, they surprised us the next day with an additional and unexpected charge of over $200 USD. As we were already paying over $450 USD it's no wonder our expectations didn't match the reality of the room. This price is way too high for 2 single beds no matter how comfortable they are but ultimately this is our fault for agreeing to this price based on pretty pictures. Additionally, the hotel's service staff lack proper training. We often found ourselves as the only guests on the rooftop, yet had difficulty finding someone to take our drink orders or provide us with a bill. Even when we did manage to place an order, the wait times were unreasonably long. While the pool area offers beautiful views, there's a lack of adequate shade options. The few umbrellas provided are small and don't fully cover the sunbeds and with the intense sun and heat of San Andres shade is essential. Regarding the 'sea view' rooms, while those on higher floors offer nice views, it's important to note that the hotel isn't beachfront. As a result, lower-floor sea view rooms overlook the neighboring building's roof, rather than the sea. Overall, despite being the newest hotel in San Andres, significant improvements are needed in customer service, and the pricing is unjustifiably high. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to others traveling to San Andres.
It's a new hotel with a boho decor and comfortable beds (but small). Nice pool area.

United KingdomWiFi dropped in and out constantly weak signal in both our room and at the pool area. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel seems set up for adults only, however there were lots of kids running about. There was nothing to occupy them therefore disturbing our stay as well as leaving them bored. The pool bar/restaurant staff are completely uninterested and very unhelpful. When ordering drinks, we had to go looking for staff and we felt like we were bothering them. The restaurant manager wasn’t interested in helping when trying to order some fruit either. This experience hugely impacted our stay, especially given you can’t take your own drinks to the pool area. We had long waits for hot food orders at breakfast and had to go chasing staff to collect our food as they were too busy chatting at the bar area. There is a low level of English from customer facing staff. Whilst we managed with our little Spanish, from a 5* hotel you except more. Overall, a pleasant enough stay but this is not 5*.
Excellent location. Property decor is nice, nice pool area with comfortable loungers. Good food from the restaurant at a reasonable price

United StatesStaff is a little bit unprofessional as far as how they converse and communicate with guest or try to. I didn’t like the fact that when I booked my reservation, I was under the impression that I was booking a room that was listed as having a bathtub and when I got there, discovered that it was a different room and it took the staff over half my visit to get it corrected. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this place without speaking to someone there first before you commit to your reservation online

SpainMost of the facilities were unavailable. Staff needs training, some of them unattentive, not polite, not helpful. Value for money has a lot of improvement ahead.
The design was great generally speaking. The breakfast selection was adequate. The swimming pool overlooking the island is great. Security head was very professional and emphatic, but I can't say the same about the maids.

United KingdomIt’s still in construction, not all amenities available. But i was reimbursed for visits to a fitness centre nearby. Rooms lack closet space, no instructions in room to fire exit, parasols needed at the pool! Sea view is questionable given the construction currently happening in front of the building! Few breakfast options for a hotel of this price.
Stunning decor, beautiful rooms, beautiful swimming pool and restaurant, lovely staff, really trying to be helpful! Central location near a beautiful and lively beach and all the shops and restaurants

Poland- This hotel is still under construction. Only 2 bottom floors are available. As such there’s a lot of construction noise and some of the facilities are not yet available (jacuzzis, other restaurants). - The walls are paper thin and the hotel is situated by a very busy street. We were woken up on multiple occasions by a concoction outside of our window. - You need to be a Spanish speaker, the client-facing staff doesn’t communicate in any other language.
+ Very friendly and accommodating staff on the 7 floor. Helped to cater for food allergies. + Nice view from the pool area on the 7 floor.
