Wish all the rooms had an iron (you could request one from the front desk but they’re bad quality and didn’t work) and mini fridge would be nice.

The included breakfast was great and the location!

I had a TV in my room but the cord didn’t reach the power point so that was a bit useless haha. The rooms have a portable air con unit which isn’t ideal but certainly is appreciated that they’ve included them. There is a rule about bringing someone to the hotel and it will cost you $165k COP which is outrageous!.. what if I want to bring a friend over? That puts me off.

Amazing location, beautiful rooms, great staff, great food, great hot tub on the roof. Really nice place.

The street can be noisy especially on the weekend, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Fantastic hotel, facilities, breakfast, location, staff. Exceeded our expectations. Very happy with this hotel.

Small issues, doorknob from the shower kept falling off and we only had one accessible/functional outlet in the room making it hard to charge devices.

    Modern, great location.

The rooms can be quite small, but are very clean and have comfortable beds. They get quite warm esp at night. There are no lifts, and 3 buildings with stairs to navigate.

The hotel is well located with many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The laundromat nearby does same or next day washing and delivers the laundry to the hotel. Affordable. Mostly the staff are helpful esp the evening staff and the bell-hop/concierge. The bar and restaurant are convenient.

The minus of this property is that the visitor fee is quite steep. 150.000 peso. Which when I compare it to how much my stay was for one night that’s half of what I paid . I think the visitor fee could be a bit cheaper especially if the visitor isn’t there the whole time.

The location and the property is perfect for Medellin. Its location is near small eateries and bars and about 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the popular tourist area (Provenza) bars and discotecas. I think this perfect because although it can be loud it chills out about 1am. Seems like everyone heads to Provenza after that. The hotel it self has two eateries one on first floor and an other at the rooftop. Food was good ! The rooms are a plus the shower is a must.

Non-existent soundproofing and could hear people talking on the street - felt like sleeping outside on the street and I’m not kidding. And it was a busy street with loud music and people until late night. Fyi, the receptionists do not speak any English.

Great hotel with amazing charachter in the decor! Excellent location close to bus station and metro and restaurants in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast on the rooftop with jacuzzi there.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the noise in the street at night due to windows that didn't close tightly. Additionally, the design in our bathroom and shower area, facing a brick wall with holes, allowed for privacy concerns with neighbors being able to see in when lights were on. The bathroom door also permitted excessive light and noise.

We loved the hotel's great location in a beautiful area and the stunning rooftop that offered amazing views. The staff was exceptionally kind, and the spacious rooms added to the overall comfort.

For the bad bits. The bedroom layout is strange as the shower opens up right into the bedroom so when you get out the shower you have to dry yourself in the room itself. Not too much of an issue but I’ve not stayed anywhere that has had this layout. The first morning we went to go up for breakfast around 0830 and the whole breakfast area was occupied but an outside conference. There was one table left that had the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat on (solid metal with hooped metal back). I have a bad back so it was impossible for me to sit on that chair. We had to have our bedroom in our room as that was the only table that they had saved for paying guests to have breakfast. The two breakfast ladies brought us complimentary mimosas for the inconvenience which was thoughtful. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us one of the 5th floor as they said this would be the quietest area .. the only down side to this which they didn’t explain is that the 6th floor is the rooftop and the hotel rents it out for private parties, this meant they played VERY loud music until midnight and as we were only one floor below we could hear it like it was in the room next door. If we had have been told this at check in we would have requested a room on a lower floor as the road noise and noise from surrounding bars wasn’t too bad. We had an AC unit in the room which was a portable one it did the job of cooling the room but like all portable units it’s very loud, it’s a shame they didn’t spend that little extra and have wall mounted units. Over all an ok stay. Would’ve been perfect if the above was taken into account. The hotel wasn’t cheap so I did expect better from a hotel with the price tag and the reviews on here.

First the good points… the bed was so comfortable one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in in a hotel. The breakfast was amazing, the bed I had during my time in Colombia. The pancakes were amazing!! The two ladies who work in the breakfast area were so friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel is located in a quieter area of El Pablado and feels really safe. Lots of bars, cafés and restaurants within seconds walk. The hot tub on the roof top was a nice touch and was nice to relax in after a day exploring the city.

The sliding doors leading to the street are not soundproof, you will hear everything and everyone walking past the hotel. It was very noisy (music, cars, people partying) but we knew this area won’t be quiet, so just be aware when booking.

Beautiful rooms, super comfortable bed and the softest bed sheets! Breakfast is really good with some great options, served on the rooftop!

The shower and the bathroom are lovely with the plants but it is too noisy, since it is open to the street and it can get a little cold in the morning and at night.

The hotel is very beautiful, as well as the room. Everything is new and I love the bathroom products from Loto del Sur. The shower is really good and there is a portable AC in the room. Breakfast was also really good.

I have to say that the bathroom in our room was not user friendly in anyway.

Great selection for breakfast on their rooftop. Location was great. About a 10 minute walk to the Metro station. Was able to travel quickly and easily from area to area and with little money.
