We had a wonderful stay at Nuba! The host and staff made us feel very welcome. The Hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a good rest and relaxing in the pool. Our room with hammock outside was very spacious with comfy beds and a great view!

The breakfast at Nuba was delicious - we especially appreciated the fresh fruit each day! The staff were all kind and extremely helpful. We were able to book all of our daily excursions with assistance from the Nuba team. They provided us with excellent recommendations. We look forward to returning to Nuba in the future!

So happy I found Nuba! Such a special place with an incredible staff. Tatiana was so incredibly helpful and kind. From organizing the most amazing tubing tour to helping me get to the airport on time. Miss Cindy & Nairobi made delicious breakfast and their hospitality and smiles were such a delightful way to start my day. if you are lucky Nairobi will sing a song for you with her beautiful voice. So many wonderful birds on the property and I saw toucans from my shower! Thank you for making my time in Palomino extra special ❤️

The room was very nice for my family and although the stairs were a little steep for my young kids, ultimately it wasn’t an issue. The owners ( i didn’t catch their names) were both lovely and extremely helpful. If you’re looking for a quiet spot but close to all amenities and the beach in a space with beautiful gardens then this is the spot.

Nothing much to complain about! The pool is definitely smaller than it appears in photos. However, I never actually used it or lounged beside it during my stay because it was mostly taken over by families with little kids. But this is a normal situation for a solo traveler, and Nuba is a good place for families. :) Maybe a few more hanging rods and hooks inside the rooms would be helpful.

Wow. I loved my 4 nights at Nuba. The staff and their welcoming attention were beyond wonderful. All communications were quick and efficient. I had the third floor of a treehouse of cabins, so there was a stunning early morning view. Chef Mario and his wife do an excellent job with daily breakfast, delicious meals, and cocktails in the comfortable open air restaurant. The day I ventured to Tayrona the owner graciously made sure I had a large breakfast waiting for me at a very early hour. I really appreciated the daily freshening up of my cabin. The staff took care of my laundry for a small fee, and not only booked all my transportation needs, but also set up an amazing massage for me at a nearby spa. I appreciated that Nuba is short walk to the beach and the mainstreet with countless restaurants and bars, but is also nicely tucked off the beaten path so it more peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend Niba when you make your plans to visit Palomino.

It can be a little more costly than other places but it is worth it!

The breakfast at this place was delicious: generous portions. The best bit was the interaction with the staff members Cindy and Jairo. Both members did everything to make our stay extra special. Also, Tatiana was always helpful and providing us guidance as for transport or places to have some nice food.

The room was supposed to fit 4 people, however, there was only a double bed downstairs and a small bed in a sort of attic which was really hard to climb to. No one informed us about this. Also, the breakfast was not very good, the coffee was bland and the arepas were very small. The lady at the front desk was more concerned about speaking about the rules than giving a good experince to our group.
