The electricity was down for a few hours on 2 of the days we were there. It didn't affect us much and on the second day they gave us warning.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good location, close to lovely bars, cafés and restaurants. The jacuzzi on the top floor was very enjoyable in the evenings when it cooled down. They have two really cute dogs. The AC was also great.

Very loud. Walls are very thin and there is a party outside every night. So if you are in to that, this is the place to be. If not I would look for another place. Other than that very Nice, good location near restaurants and harbour

Great location, went on a weekday so we didn’t have the issue of the night club opposite. Room was quiet on a weekday night, roof top was nice for relaxing and staff very attentive.

The bar is very noisy even late at night, if you really want a quiet and calm room we wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is located in a good area, near to Parque de los Novios, the Malecón and the historic center. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and comfortable. The common areas are beautiful and there is a good pool and a jacuzzi on the terrace.

There is a nightclub close to the hotel which blares music until 6am. Our room was beside the laundry room and the cleaner started working very loudly at 6am. So in all we had no opportunity to sleep. Earplugs are provided but didn’t work. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was also not working for the duration of our stay.

Excellent location around the corner from a nice square with some restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean. Lovely shower also. Breakfast was tasty. Lovely rooftop overlooking the town.

Did not have water from one afternoon to the whole morning after in the sink and toilet. Shower was working. The pool could be a bit more cleaned throughout the day. Few death insects inside.

The location is everything!!! Few meters from the main strip everything is at walking distance it’s perfect! Loved the rooftop with the hot tub. Great drink and food selection with happy hours as well. Expect to hear some noise from the loud music surrounding the area but didn’t bother me much. They have refillable drinking water available.

The room is very small and didn’t feel very maintained, for me it wasn’t clean and esthetic enough. Breakfast is very simple.

Great location, very nice staff, good facilities, common areas are. Wet nice. They also let us keep our equipment in storage for few days when we left for Tayrona without additional cost.

The indoor pool is a very nice touch. Also the Hotel is located in the center of the old town and everything is reachable by foot. The rooms are very clean and the staff is amazing!

Extremely loud at night, they provide ear plugs in each room (never a good sign) but they do nothing to cover up the noise of the street, feels like you are sleeping above a nightclub. if you can get over that it’s a nice place.

Location was great, right in centre of the town. Rooftop has a nice area to chill out in with some hammocks and sun beds with a small little pool also.

We had issues with the ac the staff was able to resolve a fan to compensate.

The attentiveness and warm approach of the personnel made it very especial, this was the first time my husband and I have visited Santa Marta together we had such a memorable time together, thanks oasis for the unforgettable life experience.

Old Town Location. Step out and it’s all there. A bit noisy at night, but any hotel in this area, whatever the price, will have this issue. It didn’t bother me

Not a fault of the hotel but being so close to the bars, on the Saturday night the noise was horrendous but full marks to the hotel for providing earplugs. Owners dogs yapping every time someone walked in

The hotel is superbly located for easy access to bars, restaurants and a variety of nightlife venues. The roof top jacuzzi was a great place to relax after a day’s exploring the city. Staff extremely polite and friendly.

We did not know that the city center of Santa Marta is a big club until 4:30 am in the weekends. They offer earplugs but even then you could listen to the music like if it was playing in the hotel itself. The bed was vibrating from the sound, and this is not an exageration.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, great cocktails and breakfast. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was spacious. Airco is working well. You walk everywhere from restaurantants to the beach, great experience in the daytime.
