Good location, very nice staff, clean room

The rooms, while very clean, were missing some crucial furniture. There is literally no space in the bathroom for toiletries like tooth brushes and tooth paste or cosmetics. Same in the room. There was only one bedside table and no other surface. We had to keep our things on the spare bed that we didn’t use. No shower gel or shampoo provided - we found this strange given that tourists shouldn’t be expected to buy full sized shampoos or shower gels for a 4 day trip. For a beach hotel, we also missed a proper space to dry our swimming suits and beach clothes. There’s a drying rope inside the shower, which doesn’t get any sunlight and is by itself a very humid space. We hardly managed to dry our swimming suits from one day to another and they ended up smelling humid. Consequently, we believe that the price is a bit too much given that the amenities aren’t quite to the standard.

The hotel overall was very pleasant. We would highlight the location of the hotel as very close to everything in the town of San Andres. The hotel is very well thought for people that spend time at the beach. There are leg showers for sand and a water/coffee available. The space of the lobby and the room are cleaned very well. Finally, the personnel was very pleasant and always at your disposal. They also have an available shower for the usage of guests that have already checked out. So if your flight is in the afternoon, you can still go to the beach and then take a shower at the hotel (as we did).

Maybe instead of contracting the “pontones boat tour” with the hotel you should check with other agencies first since the prices are overrated (you can get it anywhere else for 1/4 the price in the hotel)

The hotel was right in the centre next to the beach and close to restaurants, bars and shops. Josefina, who was working in reception was very helpful with any request so it is very recommendable place to stay.

- Water smelled a bit like sulfur - No breakfest available at the hotel

- Great Location on one of the mainstreets of the city but in a patio. Meaning it wasn‘t loud at night - Very modern, new and clean - AC - Not very expensive for San Andres - Some nice chill area in the patio with showers to shower off sand from the beach

Our room had no windows and felt quite small. Although it is close to the beach the street in front of Hotel is not very attractive. There is no breakfast offered here.

The wifi, the air -con, the TV, were all excellent. The rooms and the lobby were very clean. The location is close to the beach and restaurants.

We had the first floor room and you can hear everything it's a bit annoying when you are trying to rest. Also didn't have a safe or somewhere in the room to be able to hang stuff when you come from the beach (we have to leave it in the terrace they have outside) keeping in mind it's a new hotel. They just have details to work on.

The location right in the middle of everything and the beach one block away. I would definitely stay here again. Also it's a new hotel

Room didn't have windows, closet for 3 seemed for just one person. no place to hang anything in the room, very small bathroom. No lamps.

Location great one block from the beach in downtown. Lots of shops in the same block and a decent mini-market 2;blocks away. Very good AC. Comfy beds.Friendly personnel, clean installations.

The only things to be aware of is that you cannot flush the toilet paper and there is no desk to put your bags. Beds are the only surfaces.

Jason was so friendly at the front desk! Water and coffee always available. The beds were so comfortable and the shower worked great. Location is perfect, AC is strong, front desk will call you a taxi whenever need.

Rooms seemed small. Not much in the room except the beds and fridge. T.V had some channels but signal wasn't great. An extra 50 plus dollars for late checkout seemed a bit pricey

the water in the shower was salty but I believe it’s like this in the whole island.

everything was very clean and new. the room was big for 2 people and had air conditioning and hot water in the shower. the staff was very nice and helpful.

it could be clearer from the beginning that this hotel was closed for renovation and that we had to go to the other one. The woman at the reception took a very long moment to find my reservation but in the end was very friendly and brought us to the other hotel.

we reserved for this hotel but apparently was in renovation and for this reason they moved us to another hotel right behind the corner. it was a nice hotel, nothing particular but ok. Friendly staff but do not wash your clothes here

Lots of noise from both the workers and guests who were in the lobby preventing me from sleeping. Also, when I was leaving in the morning a hotel employee ran after me and said I did not pay. I had to show him my receipt for the payment, before he would believe I had paid.

The bed was comfortable . The physical room was fine.
