I have no complaints. The staff was helpful. The hotel was clean. The food was tasty. The location, while up a hill, was close to activities without being too close.

The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet residential street which was a bonus after visiting the main vibrant city of Medellin. We were in the building opposite reception is and were very happy with a quiet night's sleep and delicious breakfast on the terrace outside in the morning. Creative planting results in a wonderful oasis where the surrounding buildings out of view - we were delighted to see a humming bird at breakfast!

The hotel has two buildings , each one on the oposit side of the not so busy street. Both of them are realy very nice but we still felt a bit uncomfortable not to be accommodated in the main building because we had to come to the main building first to ask for opening the door in our building. This did not spoil our wonderful stay in this place.

Good and safe location , friendly owner and hepful staff. Hotel arranged for us the tour to Comuna 13 with very good guide who made our stay even better. Rooms are very clean and whole hotel is nicely decorated. Nice garden, plants and flowers everywhere. Comfortable beds and very good breakfast. We would like to stay here again during our next visit.

The only small downside was the walk up the hill after dinner in town.

The property was beautifully designed and appointed. The French owners have put a great deal of attention into every detail. The linen and pillows were lovely and the breakfast was superb (amazing croissant’s!) The staff were great and very attentive (thank you Douglas!!!)

There are 2 houses to the property - if you stay at the 2nd one which is away from reception you can’t actually get in yourself. You have to go to reception for them to come and let you in. With such an upscale property that has obviously had a lot of investment it’s baffling why there isn’t an intercom to be buzzed in or something like that. We weren’t the only ones to be confused by this.

Breakfast was amazing - lovely fruit and good choice of eggs and pastries. Rooms very modern and obviously a lot of pride been taken in decoration. Close to nice restaurants in Poblado.

Exceptional hotel in two contemporary houses. The decor is eclectic and tasteful (you'll want photos!) and the convenient location is top notch! Abutting a leafy forest, the outdoor areas are a welcome oasis in the city, yet restaurants are a short 5 minute walk away (try OCI)! I save the best for last, the staff members are warm and welcoming!

Before arriving, I inquired about the free airport shuttle as listed on the Booking.com website. The hotel response was that there was a mistake on the website and to contact Booking.com. The website deferred back to the hotel, and said the hotel needed to correct the site. This went back and forth three times with no resolution. I took a taxi one way and the hotel shuttle on the return. My second issue was the laundry price. I was charged $81 for 7 kgs. They did a good job laundering the clothes, but in a country where the average wage is $200/mo, it's hard to believe my laundry cost $81.

I have worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years. This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The jungle garden ambience exceeded my expectations. The staff spoke English fluently. I stayed in four other hotels in Colombia on this trip, and the staff were by far the friendliest, most informative, empathetic of them all. I was happy to stay in on the rainy days. This place is private, cozy, warm and inviting with multiple places to curl up and read a book or watch the hummingbirds. I loved this place.

The rooms had a fan, it was ok but an AC would be well appreciated. We had a little issue as the payment took longer to be reflected on their account and we received a message treating with reporting us to Booking for impairment just under 24h we leave the hotel despite we have returned to try to find out why they couldn't find a number of transaction on their "datafono".

The staff is very nice, attentive and always ready to help. The terrace is quite nice to chill out, the breakfast is really good, the rooms are spacious and the shower is HUGE. The location is quite good, just in El Poblado but outside the noisy area.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a beautiful location, close to the lively Provenza area with its restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel is in a very green area and is surrounded by lush vegetation. Every room has a decor of its own. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
