The staff opened the door of my room at 2am to check the minibar because a guest gave them by mistake the wrong room number when doing the checkout. They also took my room key after waking me up and affecting my sleep.

Wifi was super bad, they have an app which you can use but it's useless in case you require something it's better to call them directly.

The location of the hotel was great. Super close to Parque 93 which is surrounded by great restaurants.

The hôtel is very nice and modern, the rooms are VERY big and confortable. The breakfast buffet was the most complete, creative, DELICIOUS that we have ever seen (and we travel a lot!), with a great variety of fruits, of bread, of everything!! The presentation of the buffet was beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel.

Room we booked had damaged window that wouldn’t close so we had to change rooms on check-in. Booking.com had confirmed aircon but there was none. No hot water in shower. Small restaurant with few inside tables and people talking loudly on phones and in video calls on laptops. Limited breakfast choices and dinner choice not available. One bathrobe between 2 guests!

They charged additional money for each 3rd person in the room, for a kid under 12. We made a reservation for 4 rooms and each room was doble or triple and since august we chat with the hotel and explained. In the check in they charged us additional $20 per day per room for the kids. Not acceptable, Besides that we asked if you could had the 4 rooms in the same floor, they didnt do it. I wrote the hotel all the petitions and they answered but when we did the check in nobody knew anythung.

As it was close to new years, I couldn’t avail the room service, laundry and other amenities that makes these hotels “upscale”. The mini bar items were pricey with a bag of chips and a small bag of peanuts adding to about 12 USD. So my total stay came to around 75 USD. For this price, I could have easily found a 5 star hotel with all these facilities complimentary.

Nice quiet location. A sauna and gym that are free to use. Good breakfast buffet (paid about 9 USD)

The internet didn’t work in the room and wasn’t fully reliable on public places. In particularly, I had some issues with billing, the amount of light that entered into the bedroom at night through the little window by the bathroom, and the breakfasts- fruit was old and overall products weren’t fresh.

It is a nice hotel, but unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work during the first 3 nights. I had to buy a full package of data to my cellphone so I can provide hotspot to my laptop. they couldn't fix it and said "is fixed" but it wasn't, until I had to say "I want to change my room now" the 3rd night, which they did

The room I was staying in had no lock and felt unsafe to go to sleep knowing anyone could open the door. And so I pushed the couch against the door to make sure i would be safe without anyone getting in while I slept….. The water from sink, toilet and showers was coming out dirty brown, which was very unpleasant and unsanitary….I had to brush my teeth with bottled water. Personally would expect a refund

Booking had upgraded to a junior suit . it was the worst layout of a room that I have ever stayed it . it didn’t have a refrigerator ( even thought there was a cabinet for a fridge , you had to have a hair dryer and iron delivered to the rooms . it was near the street so it was noisy at 6:50 am . I changed rooms the next day and it was a nicer suit and quiet .

We chose this hotel because we wanted more comfort in our last day on vacations, before taking a 12 hour plane back home. This hotel turned up to be a huge disappointment! We woke up very early in the morning by some VERY NOISY construction works. We couldn’t get back to sleep afterwards. It was a very bad choice from the reception to give us that room as the hotel looked empty on a Sunday night too. When we did check out we told them and they only said “I’m so sorry to hear that”. Very bad service, I will never stay here again.

First of all, my reservation was for a two bed room, when I got there, we only had one bed. There was constant construction that disturbed us. The bed was hard as helllll.The room layout was very weird and not functional. The lights were impossible to turn on and off cause there were switch everywhere and you had to guess which one worked. The safe wasn’t working. We also placed the do not disturb sign but the cleaning service would go inside the room anyway. Other thing, we got stolen $60 US DOLLARS out of our room. We called the front desk and their response was: we contacted our cleaning ladies and they said nothing was taken out of our room… um of course they will say that? Then we talked to the head of security and they kept blaming us because the safe was never reported as damaged. The fact that we never did that, doesn’t gives them permission to steal from us!!!! They stole our money and nothing was done to resolve it. No compensation or nothing. Terrible service would not recommend at all. Not even to my worst enemy.

The restaurant offered a nice breakfast, the drinks were good and the food was good as well.
