Outstanding staff, very helpful and friendly. Evening tea brought to the room was such a nice touch. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and amenities. Excellent food and coffee! Wifi had occasional issues in the beginning but it got sorted out quickly.

i love the property, it was my first time staying in a vegan hostel and also the vegan food, was just perfect. not even 5 minute walk away from the centre. so nice and relaxing. Defenitely recommend when going there and the staff were all just so nice and always there to help

The hotel is also trying to educate people about sustainability, so when we arrived we immediately had to read a information panel and choose our towels (imported cotton, Colombian cotton or sustainable materials). Having just arrived tired from the journey, this really needed more explanation than we got. This was in keeping with the only negative thing I have to say - some of the staff are terribly serious and not particularly friendly. They could loosen up a bit.

A gem of a place to stay, especially if you’re vegan. It’s a really beautiful property, and the vegan food was amazing.

Staff were not unfriendly but could have been more welcoming and forthcoming with information on Jardin. Restaurant and Breakfast is vegan which may be some people’s preference but was not ours.

We felt the room was too small for our group of 4 people and for the price we paid. To be fair- the other rooms that were for couples seemed spacious and nice. The food might not be everyone’s cup of tea, if you’re not a vegan.

The hotel is beautiful, made with really good taste and the personal was welcoming and attentive.

VERY Noisy - can hear everything going on downstairs in the restaurant ALL DAY LONG - loud staff, food blenders, clanking pots etc etc - impossible to relax Tissue-like curtains that didn’t block light, so hard to sleep after 7am Damp, moldy smell in the room No hot water in the bathroom sink, so had to use cold water to shave and wash my face No proper towels - instead there where what looked like old dish rags They allow pets in the restaurant, so at breakfast there were dogs running around the dining room, barking continuously and disturbing everyone - annoying & unhygienic Would not stay here again Would not recommend

towels wont dry you after shower. you have to ask for new towels even when you dropped them on the ground ( after using 2-3 times ) everything is vegan, mismatch in the hotel description
