Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesRooms1 One did not have proper toilet. No windows. On e in the bathroom window does not close fully it half sliding window. One side will always be open. They wanted more for room with ac. May be staff tried to use my language barrier against me. No elevator so they gave me a bad room in 3rd floor and for each issue I have closed mb up and down 3 Floors. No toilet seat which was odd for me. So I have to take a picture to show. Changed room in the second room no bath room light. Acdid not cool but they still charged me for ac room rate.

SlovakiaHotel was really not nice. Rooms are old, kind of dirty, you can see that cleaning is done just quickly. Furniture is super old, dirty, destroyed. Walls are dirty....nothing of these is visible on the pictures that are here on booking. Basically you don't feel nice and comfortable in the rooms. We were there during barranquilla carnaval, when is very difficult to find accommodation and hotel totally took advantage of this and set up super high price 400e for 3 nights in colombia is unbelievable expensive and plus it absolutely didn't worth that money. Only location of the hotel pay back according to carnaval. Lady at the reception was fine, but not very friendly, she was very strict. I don't know what is normal price during regular days but definitely this hotel need renovation.
Location of the hotel Very good safety Lady at the reception personally locked the door of the hotel entrance and opened for everyone who came. You couldn't enter the hotel alone, you needed to ring the bell. Very good and important for your safety.
