We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWhile it's a good place and nice to have such a clean and comfortable room, there are quite a few things that makes the place not as great as it could be so think about that if these things matter to you: The pool looks better in the pictures, in reality it's small and kind of in a corner between walls, so it doesn't get any sunshine either. They seem to be working on something on the rooftop, if they put a pool there that will be great with amazing views. The gym is very small, but probably most people don't go to San Andres for the gyms. Our room didn't really have a window, you can't open it and you have no view as it's tinted. I believe the reason is that there is a wall there very close, the rooms on the other side of the corridor seem to have proper windows. Breakfast is very simple, not good quality, and their system doesn't make much sense: it is a buffet breakfast but you have to wait for them to put things on your plate... which goes against the idea of a buffet and makes it very slow. I don't really get it either why they ask for your room number when you have to wear a wristband anyways. Another disappointment was the staff, whatever we asked for (longer luggage storage, earlier check-in, laundry service, etc), the answer was always no, and they also couldn't (or mostly felt like didn't care to) give any recommendations on how to solve these. Also at breakfast they don't seem to care much about making it a better experience.
The best thing about this hotel is that it's very clean and modern, which is not so obvious at places like San Andres. The location is good, you can easily walk to everything in the main town.

United KingdomCheck in procedure was cumbersome and inflexible. Having to leave a security deposit for a second key cheapened the experience. Breakfast has a limited choice and strange rationing system whereby it’s a buffet yet you’re not allowed to take the amounts you want. Gym had virtually nothing in it apart from a couple of running machines a bike and a few dumbbells. No hot water ( it would come and go at best).
Location - in the centre of town and close to the beach. The room was clean and modern. Housekeeping was amazing.

BrazilWe left the room one day, when we came back the toilet was full of paper and everything else, it looks like the person cleaned the room threw all our rubbish in the toilet and it clogged. My wife is Australian, they thought she did that because in her country is like that, but I'm Brazilian and she knows that we throw the paper in the bin. So, that's the only issue, the rest is fine, it's a good hotel, not perfect, not bad.

Although not ocean front, it was two easy walking blocks away. It is central enough to most things that we enjoyed the location for the price (if you want a private room and bath). Walking distance to almost all things you would want to do. breakfast included was good. helpful staff. very clean.
