Wow!!! This place was amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. I had friends visit and was never charged anything extra like other places. My original room was not ready at 11am, but the staff allowed me to shower and freshen up at another room for no extra cost. Other hotels would have charged for early check-in. I left to explore the town and when I came back, my suite was ready and all my luggage was there. I have worked in customer service all my life and the service at Hotel Quinta de Cabecera was impressive. I felt like family instead of a customer. They even went as far as calling my room to make sure I did not miss breakfast. I will come back here each time when visiting Bucaramanga.

United StatesNot much natural light in my room, but that is typical of this price point. They have rooms with large windows if you are willing to pay a bit more. Desk has a glass surface, so make sure to bring a mouse pad if you are going to be working.
Close to lots of shopping and restaurants, easy to get a cab, easy to get anywhere in the city by cab, staff was highly professional, room was clean and they timed the cleaning for when I was out, AC worked well, plenty of hot water, mini-fridge, fresh towels daily, inexpensive laundry service with clothing left folded in my room (on time) when I was out, straightforward and honest dealing, breakfast was very good.

The room was excellent, comfortable and very clean. The staff, as always, was really helpful and accommodating. They make sure you have everything you need. And the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

This small hotel is well organised & well run. located on one of the main Carreras in Bucaramanga in the amazing Bario of Cabecera del Llano. An ideal base for exploring Bucaramanga & Santander.

SpainThe music aghhhh , what a shame.. Was there on a Wednesday night and from 10pm till 3.45pm there was music from the clubs in the area. I know it is not the fault of the hotel, but it did not help with sleeping. Maybe they could put a glass window at the moment is just a window space) in the bathroom and see if that helps
A truly excellent place beautifully clean and on the main Street in the centre of Bucaramanga, so everything ( restaurants, shops, taxis, buses etcetc) are just a few steps away. Being the main street makes it very busy in the day but inside, the hotel is quiet and no noise from the cars. All the staff are really excellent and super helpful from the moment we arrived till the time we left at 4am the following morning, The kitchen was closed but they made us coffee when we arrived and also coffee and a sandwich breakfast to take away when we left at 4am the following morning. The rooms are beautifully clean with en suite bathroom, air con, TV etc ... Also if you have forgotten something , in the bathroom there are extra antiperspirant,tooth brush, toothpaste razors , shaving foam and I the room a tray of nuts , crisps biscuits and chocolates, on a fridge with beers and soft drinks inside and ( These items you pay for but the prices are not much more than the shops so are really really handy if you need anything)
