The walls are definitely thin so sometimes it’s quite loud, but they provide earplugs. Was really only an issue on the weekend. There were mostly couples and families when I stayed (rather than other solo travelers) so a hostel might be better if you want to meet people, but you never know!

Beautiful hotel with such lovely staff! I stayed here for 5 nights after a work trip and it was a great place to unwind but still have access and be right in the city. Breakfast was great and loved the common spaces.

No AC can be challenging when coming from US. The bamboo walls allow for sound to travel.

The hotel is very well located closed to the metro station and bars/restaurants. The interior decoration would lead you to believe you are staying in a lodge in the forest rather than downtown Medellin

The rooms have openings above the doors and the hallways/communal are partly open to the outside, so we got bit by mosquitos quite a few times. A mesh over the openings would be helpful and mosquito nets over the beds. The music from neighbouring bars can be quite loud on certain days. Not very social if you want to meet people. No communal dining or activities. It's more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. Great if you want that boutique hotel vibe though!

Amazing hosts. Really warm, friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated place. Probably the best decorated hostel/hotel I've ever seen. Nice rooms with comfortable bed. Good location.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of El Poblado. Quiet and peaceful despite its central location. The staff we're terrific and gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants/bars around the area. The breakfast was also excellent, local fruits and eggs each morning and unlimited coffee and tea throughout the day. I would recommend for anyone to stay here.

Great little place in poblado between the excellent areas of Provenca and Manila. The staff were excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was pickpocketed and they went out of their way to help me file a police report and sort the situation out. Their local recommendations were also fantastic.

Very unique and beautiful design. There’s so many comfy common areas with hammocks. The breakfast was really tasty and included a lot. All the staff were so friendly. I wish I had stayed here my entire time in Medellin.

Of all four hotels I stayed at in Colombia on this trip, this was hands down the most underrated and amazing one. They helped arrange airport pick up (better than an airport taxi), even though the neighbourhood was lively and busy when the cab pulled up, the minute I stepped inside it all melted away. It was quiet, calm, and relaxing inside. Every single employee was warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond. The breakfast every day was delicious. I saw reviews from people who spent afternoons in the hammocks and never imagined I would spend time inside a hotel when I only had a few days to see a city, but then suddenly on the second afternoon I felt the urge to just relax and read in one of the hammocks because it was such an oasis in the courtyard space. This isn't a negative, because I knew ahead of time and had read the reviews, but there's not much sound proofing between rooms, and the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom is only a partial wall. I wasn't surprised by either of these though (and definitely used the earplugs at night!), so that's why it's not a negative. They've created such great communal spaces throughout the hotel that you don't need to spend a ton of time just in the room anyway if you're sharing a room and want more space. The neighbourhood was lively, but felt safe, and I was able to walk to so many different areas for meals and coffee etc. and walkable to the metro. What an incredible atmosphere they've created at this hotel. I hope I have a chance to go back to Medellin in the future so I can stay here again!

This hotel is well decorated which gives a relaxing vibe as you enter it and it is very central in El Poblado. All the staff is really nice and very welcoming and I felt like I was at home. The breakfast was also good.

Everything was perfect. It would be cool if there would be a terrace or an area to sit outside. Sometimes it can get loud, but you will have the same problem everywhere in El Poblado, that's not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is really beautiful and I would definitely come back. The decoration is really cool and unique, the room was also very cute, everything was very clean. The common area, where the breakfast is served, is also comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. You can grab free coffee and water all day long. The stuff gave me so many helpful information (what to visit, nice coffee stores, restaurants etc.). Location is also top, almost directly next to Parque Poblado. I enjoyed my stay!

There’s a bunch of construction on the road, so it’s a slightly longer walk to town than usual. But a tuktuk back up the hill costs only 4000 COP (about $1.10).

Location is perfect! The property is beautiful and feels like a sanctuary in the middle of the city. The bed was comfortable. The common area is great with plenty of chairs and tables. The staff are really friendly and helpful! A big Thank you to Tatiana for a late check out! We loved our stay there!

The only thing we where missing was daylight (but we knew before, so no complain). Also, it's in a busy neighbourhood, so you might need the air plugs they are providing ;-)

It's very spacious when entering from a busy street, it felt like a oase of peace inside. Nice seatings, hammocks, daylights in the main area. The breakfasts that they provided with the booking of your room was great. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were good, spacious. At the end of the street there was a square with there and around a lot of restaurants.
