Be careful, if you are going to see the sun set in the beach I front of the hotel, you will have a lot of ladies who will propose massage and do not accept in any case!!!!!

Not having AC was the only reason my rating Isn’t 10/10. The first night was hard to sleep. But we asked for a fan and were able to use it for the remainder of our stay so that was greatly appreciated!

As I left, reception placed security guards around my taxi saying they had found a problem with my room. They said the duvet was stained. Really? I am an extremely clean, careful and considerate traveler, and whatever the vague pinkish mark they showed me was was imperceptible. They tried to charge me for the duvet cover, cash of course. When I asked the accusing lady's name, or to pass me to the manager, she refused to give either to me. Red light! I was now risking missing my plane so I unloaded the taxi, walked through the bemused security guards and left on foot. PLEASE NOTE: I spent 3 weeks travelling alone in Colombia and this is the only time I had even the slightest negative experience, and I was staying in much humbler places than the Regatta! I love you, Colombia!!

The staff - but note my comments later - were wonderful. Helpful, caring and informative. The restaurant, cleaners, security guards, all super.

Property is in need of lots of touch up, paint and repairs. Property wants you to wear a wrist band. Property also wants you sign a form upon check-in indicating that “everything” is to your liking in the room. There is no way one can do a full inspection upon check-in so I think this process is unnecessary. Case in point, it wasn’t until after I returned from the gym that I noticed the hotel water in my room didn’t work (no hot water came from the faucet). Also, this property DOES NOT have a fitness center, though it does have two small mezzanine pools off the 12th and 18th floor.

Clean property. Great location directly across from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. Restaurant bar and breakfast was great.

The room furniture was so old looked like something someone threw away. The windows had cracks . Needs an uplift for a 4 star . Breakfast was ok but not over the top with variety

We were on the 4th floor facing the ocean, which was great except for the loud music/ traffic coming from the party buses at night. The bed was also not very comfy. The wifi wasn’t great. Also, the elevators were very slow and hot. Probably the worst part of the experience. The hotel was 20 floors and many times the elevators would be too full with staff to accommodate and we would walk up/ down to the 4th floor.

Traveled to cartegena with my husband for a four night vacation. This hotel was great because it was right on the beach and has two roof top pools that were hardly used by other guests. Beautiful sunset views. Overall, I would recommend because it was a great hotel! Just be aware that it is a few miles from the center of town so we took multiple Ubers a day back and forth.

Only two elevators, used by both staff and customers. This means long waiting times at the elevators with 23 stories. The breakfast is not bad but not great either, and with a full hotel we sometimes had to wait to get a free table for breakfast. On a personal note, I am a fire saftey engineer, and I did not find this hotel very safe. There are two elevators and a central open spiral staircase. but I could not find any emergency staircases in the building. None of the rooms have self sealing doors. Meaning in case of fire the elevators can't be used, and the central staircase becomes a giant chimney filled with smoke and unsuitible for evacuation....

Giant rooms! We travelled with two couples. We got one room where the bathoom was renovated, and one where it wasn't yet. But both were fine. The rooms are enourmous, and the bed is huge and very comfy. The 2 rooftop pools are small, but nice, though a bar up there would have been even better.

I loved the staff the people at the front desk and the people at the dining room. The breakfast was great every day. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach I had a suite with two rooms and always VERY CLEAN.

Very close proximity to the beach. The staff are always amazing and accommodating with anything you need. The breakfast in the morning are exceptional. Also have had lunch and dinner there and the food is always wonderful top notch.
