The light is behind the fan which means it’s a flicker if the light is on which was kind of irritating. We stayed in the same room for both nights with a gap of 2 nights in between and it was pretty obvious the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in between apart from the sheets being changed. There was no replacement soap and no toilet paper

Easy stay for us for one night before and one night after our trip. Breakfast included. Room was basic but comfortable. Reception staff helped us order pizza which was nice. Stored our big bags for us while we were on our Amazon tour.

The water of the private pool was cold and that made it perfect for the cool off from the sauna, but other then that we could not really stay in it for long. We also stayed another night in a "normal" room and there the wifi could not reach the room

The suite was amazing. Having the nature sounds coming in and the openness of the room was really cool. Also they created really nice lighting which we really enjoyed as it created a nice atmosphere. Also the staff was very friendly.

Could be a bit cleaner, few cobwebs on the wall. However, it is in the jungle so I should know what to expect.

The staff were friendly and it was a good location to walk into Leticia. Great base for one night before we started our jungle adventure.

we didn’t like the owners complaint about wanting fresh towels. also the shower head always came off and no hot water.

we loved our stay here we paid extra and upgraded to the superior suite with the private pool and sauna. Amazing after having long day tours to come back to this luxury stay. Fernando made our stay exceptional great customer service.

The room was clean but very hot, there was a ceiling fan but still hot, no windows, no place to put clothes and we found many cockroaches in the bathroom.

The staff was very kind, especially “Fercho”, the receptionist.

WiFi was okay not the best, but it didn’t matter our matters was exceeded to forget about it.

The moment that me and my family stepped in was truly a bliss. Thank you to our lovely receptionist victory for helping us out in our first time in Colombia. Room was neat, AC optional, quiet, and no stress about anything that needs a second thought. Thank you so much, Victoria helped out so much! Thank you dueño I didn’t catch his name but he was truly humbled and calm man, my best!

The room is quite small and can get very hot unless you keep the AC on all the time. The room was not properly cleaned - the bathroom was dirty (we found a dirty fork in the sink!). Breakfast was poor (only some fruits and eggs). You can only pay by cash - we were not informed of this beforehand. No hairdryer available. No hot water. No shampoo/shower gel available. It is not centrally located. No soundproof - noise can be heard from the corridors, hall and the road.

I would say it is ok for 1/2 nights only as base for the jungle tour. Wi-Fi worked fairly well in the room. They arranged airport transfers for us.

The rooms very dirty and noisy. The sheets and towels had hair on it, cleaning products were not adequate (only one firm soap), bugs, dust on the floor and ceiling, bathroom not adequately kept (door of the shower not closing, water coming straight down from the tube with no regulation)

The staff was very nice and quick to help us out with getting around. Breakfast was great, always with fruits and eggs. The location is good, near to the city shops and easy to find good tours to go to the nature.

Where to start, no window so no ventilation. We understand it's the jungle but a window would help, the room was so wet. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Light behind the fan which caused a horrible flickering. It was noisy. Don't be fooled by the photo with the pool, you will not sleep well here.

The staff were friendly and kind and the bed was comfortable.

Bathroom feels a bit used. Since hotel is not on a big street, it´s hard to get a Mototaxi in the evening.

Breakfast was good with eggs, bread and marmelade. View out of the room is nice (if you book with view, since there are also rooms without windows). Only 100m to Brasil border. The time we visited Leticia there were nearly no mosquitos.

nothing, it is great.

the hosts are absolutely lovely, even with my low level of Spanish they took time to understand and help with every little thing. My husbands suitcase didn’t arrive with us (thanks Avianca) and we were off to the Amazon early the next day, the owners here made sure they received his bag and kept it safe for our return. They even let us use a room for an hour to sort our belongings and freshen up before our flight after arriving back from the boat on our last day. So sweet, highly recommend!

The hotel is run by a lovely family and a few extra people. These people are super kind and funny, they will go out of their way for you. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a nice size with ensuite bathrooms

Amazing staff! We had a bit of a mix up about the room that we booking but the staff really was a great help in fixing it and they hooked us up with a beautiful room. Great stay :)
