The bathroom door didn't close and the faucet was too short, your hands don't fit under it. Just little things really.

Our room was quite perfect, the view is breathtaking. Waking up with that view of the ocean puts your whole life under perspective. Great breakfast with lots of options. An amazing experience!

I made reservations for breakfast and lunch from April 18- 22 was great we returned with the same reservation but they claimed Booking.com said it was only breakfast which was not explained to us in the check in process. That made me look bad with my 3 guess.

However, there were some issues with the room. Occasionally, an unpleasant smell emanated from the bathroom when the shower was turned on. Furthermore, we found the bedsheets and shower towels to be less clean than expected. Despite these shortcomings, improvements in room cleanliness would be appreciated.

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned, with a breathtaking sea view from our room. Additionally, there's a convenience store nearby for all your needs, and the beach is just a 4-minute walk away. Plus, for added convenience, there's a golf car rental service right in front of the hotel. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of food, and the staff were always friendly and ready to assist.

It was just little things. I think I was paying roughly $1M COP a night and when we checked in they asked for extra money for the safe or to sign a waiver saying they are not responsible for anything. The safe should be included and no Im not signing any waiver when Im staying at a more high hotel that absolves you of your responsibility. This is a dirty hotel trick so they can’t be held legally responsible.

Apart from being quite overpriced, there were no major issues. Small stuff though: having to sign for the remote controls, to make sure you won't steal them (?!); second key card not available; no plugs next to the bed; conflicting information from the staff.

What I liked the most about this hotel is the location and the view resulting from that good location. From our hotel balcony we could see both the harbour, which has probably the most beautiful sea colour, and a glimpse of the most popular and best beach on the island, on the other side. The room was quite big and with lots of light. It was kept clean. The pool on the third floor was quite nice. Staff quite helpful, although mostly in Spanish, which may have been useful for my practice :) We asked for a late check out and we were allowed to stay at the pool, which was the next best thing.

The dinner we prepaid for 2 nights but only ate there one night as it was a very small buffet with limited options. I asked to do a money exchange and wasn’t informed a 3rd party was coming to do so and took them 30 minutes to get there. I went to the lobby early as we had a planned excursion that I required pesos. I asked for an iron and it didn’t function.

The view and the room made our stay very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

The AC felt pretty much like outside, it was not really cold. The refrigerator had to be changed but it was done in a matter of 5 minutes after being reported. Room service options are limited to fast food, it says that you can request this service up to 9:30 pm, however I called at 9 and was informed it was already closed. After day 2 the bathroom had a weird smell.

The staff is awesome and extremely helpful the breakfast is fantastic. The room was ok but I expected a little more for a "superior room". There is hot water and a nice view. The hotel is in good condition overall. Altough the hotel is located 5 minutes from downtown and the beach, it's pretty quiet

Room was not in the best state. We were missing the chair in the room, at some point one part of a ceiling fell down where there was some sort of a opening. Even though we had instructions for a safe it was not in the room. Bathroom needs a bit of a love as you don't have where to place your shower gel when showering. We some comments regarding the hot water and they are true as we usually didn't have it. Staff was ok but you can see that they would be a problem in case you lose something of their property.

Great location, walking distance from the beach. Close to many shops, bars and restaurants. We were on a top floor and had amazing sea views. Breakfast was decent but could do with few more options.

We had a severe toilet leak where it started to smell, the bathroom floors should be bleached as well as the towels and sheets. Need to improve WIFI needs to be better. But what do you expect on an island.

From the moment I checked in at reception, to the waitstaff, housekeeping, and maintenance. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good especially if it's raining and you need to order in. The location is ideal, 5 minutes from beach, stores all around.

we booked a two queen beds room and we specifically asked in the booking that this had to be respected, when we arrive they put us at a single queen bed room (also smaller).

Well located, well equipped and great staff. good value and super recommended if you want to pay a fair price for a goo place.
