Breakfast could be a little bit more varied - not just from one day to the other but the same day. The hotel was very dark at night, but I guess this may have been for specific reasons.

Wifi kept dropping out all the time. Pool was very cold and not very clean, nobody used it.

The hotel looked empty and you could tell they had 50+ rooms, but they decided to give us the smallest room with the worst view.

The location was great, but they gave us the smallest room and with no view, the view was a wall and next to a noisy room

1. Staff attention. No attitude. Service was really passive. 2. Internet: Bad quality. Not reliable for working purposes. 3. Noise. Street noise (junior suites facing the main street I wouldn't recommend) and hotel events during the weekends make it hard to catch a good night sleep.

The place is not a 5-star hotel. We booked a presidential suite and is sad how the condition of this room is. Windows a cracked, the kitchen has not utensils, the doors are broken, the place has a terrible view and has no good customer service. Do not spend your money here, I have stayed in many other hotels around this area that are cheaper and much better. Let's not even talk about the food, definitely not a good place to stay.

The hotel put me in a room directly across from a club that played outside loud music until 4:00 am.m in the morning. I had to check out early in the a.m. a day earlier to move to another hotel. The hotel just say sorry.

Is never a good sigth to see the tables at the room your in, all banged up and with missing parts. Doors make noises and the chair by the window had obviously seen better days. The surroundings are not great either, doesn't look to be a good place to go out at night.

Very dated facilities. The room is big, bed conformtable but the furniture has obviously seen better days. it actually suprised me this hotel was a recomendation of a local. I guess it has passed its days of glory. Is extremely close to the airport and that was a plus, took me about 5 minutes to get there in time for my flight. Breakfat restaurant is the best part of this hotel, very open space and excelent food. Staff was very accomodating and helpfull, best part of my stay was their willingness to help. Is good if your going for business and only need to go crash after a bussy day, not recomend for families or vacations.

a lot noise outside the hotel. The doors close with a lot noise the hotel is poor in lights. when go trought aisles it is so difficult to walk because there are not lights. It happened at 11:45 pm It is poor the breakfast

New rooms under construction imposible sleep during the daytime. I can’t sleep at nighttime a lot noise from outside of the property. The property is located close to night clubs and in front of a freeway.

Pictures are so much better than in reality. The hotel is not bad. It is not as it is shown in the pictures though. The room did not have any amenities. There was a lot of street noise. Windows are super tight.

This place is horrible over priced for a very basic room tv is terrible the noise is so bad my wife and i didnt sleep until 3 am because of all the people being loud outside there rooms we called management they did nothing what was funny is that we booked the hotel Nd told them it would be late check in they gave our room away and gave us a terrible room it was very hot but you couldnt open the window because of all the street noise i dont know how other reviews say this place is so good they must have never stayed in a nice hotel it would be better to sleep on the street then here again
