Pictures on booking.com do not reflect what is actually around the pool area, Having toured Columbia we were at this hotel for a rest. All thee beds were in a bad state and fairly unusable

Pool upstairs were great but the loungers were very uncomfortable and could do with cushions instead of a piece of fabric to sit on. Overall a very minor point to a great stay.

Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and staff were very accommodating.

The breakfast I found a little boring, although the staff were excellent.

The situation was excellent, right in the centre of the walled town, with everything such as restaurants, shops and museums etc., etc., easily accessable on foot, which was great. We ate in the restaurant twice and can defititely recommend it. The reception staff were excellent, always attentive and happy to help in any way they could.

Due to the location… it gets a little noisy at bedtime from people walking the streets at from the bars and etc. It was nothing to deter from from staying there again!

The location of the hotel is awesome. You will be walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, bakeries, bars and tourist attractions. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was great!

The bathroom floor was very slippery when it’s wet. Please be careful when you are entering after someone had a shower.

Restaurant service was a little slow and muddled. Noise from the hallway travelled into the room since it was opposite the lift.

Comfortable and spacious room with well-appointed shower and bathroom facilities, an excellent roof terrace with pool, jacuzzi, and lovely views across the roofs of Cartagena. Tasty restaurant food, good breakfast, and stylish reception area. Also, in a great location right off the square.

Lift broken on last day and we were at the lat floor with luggage to move. Also the last night they did a bit roof party front 5pm to 2am and it was impossible to sleep all night sine we have the terrace roof really on top of our room. The worst was not the music and dance but when they stopped at 2pm the staff moved the furniture and clean until 5am making even more noise.

Staff very young with a basic english but at least they try hard. Room not so big but comfortable and clean.

The room is completely different to the rest of the amazing hotel. Lift and corridor are dated. Room was very dark and decor was basic and dated. Was very surprised by the stark contrast to the amazing downstairs and rooftop.

The reception, restaurant and rooftop were lovely. Felt welcomed immediately by the friendly staff, and the breakfast is a lovely experience and selection. Rooftop is great with amazing views and infinity pool. Space around the pool is slightly crowded and could use more than 1 umbrella for shade.
