It got quite hot and it was a bit hard to rest outside of the A/C schedule (6 p.m to 9 a.m). It also got quite stuffy in the room because there were no windows, so I would recommend to the hostel to setup shoe racks or something so that at least the shoes stay outside to remove a bit of the smell

Such a wonderful team managing the hostal. I really liked the atmosphere, the fact that there is a co-working area, the backyard is nice and cozy, and there is pretty much anything you'd need. I also like the fact that you get the option to choose between a private room and a bed in a shared space, which is, nevertheless, very well privatized. To sum it all up, great location, great vibes!

Great location. Staff if very nice. WiFi worked well (good enough to do video calls). Locker below the bed available (can fit a smaller backpack). Bathrooms inside the room and outside. Nice common area. Could keep my stuff before check in and after check out.

Only the AC in the room the first night was crazy cold ! Tho when I told the staff, they kindly agreed to lower it to a more comfortable temperature.

I would hope the staff working in hospitality to be more friendly, helpful and ”professional”. Most of the workers didnt speak almost any english and didnt seem too eager to try to understand what we tried to ask them. For example when we asked if there is luggage room where we could leave our stuff before check in she just said ”3pm” and continued her phonecall. When we tried asking again with different words she again just said ”3pm”, quite rudely, and again just focused on her phone. Another staff member tried to charge us extra 150 000 pesos for taxes even tho we had booked room including taxes, and really had to ”fight” with him almost 15min about it until he just said ”okay whatever”, so when booking here make sure to check your booking.com price does it include taxes or no so you wont be scammed. Also, the dorms have videosurveillance that no one told us about. The sleeping pods arent tall enough to stand inside so often i just changed my clothes infront of my sleeping bod until i saw there is a video camera on the room that none of the staff memembers mentioned. I would had apperiated to be informed when checking in that the rooms have videocameras inside and not accidentally flashing them everything.

The location of the hostel was good, and the beds were quite good and it was nice that the beds were located in these semi spacious ”pods” and the pods had curtains so it felt quite private to sleep in. The common areas were and showers were ok.

I liked the little privat cabin with a curtain for privacy and that there was enough space to store the backpack beside the bed. Very comfortable mattress and pillow, included breakfast with fresh fruits and coffee all day long. The location was good and the staff was friendly.

A/C was super strong... And noisy.  No shower curtain or bath mat. Only cold water in the showers? Breakfast was light... a bowl of fruits, toasts, but anything else to add is to be paid. The tables and chairs, in the living-room, are mismatched... You sit too low and the table are too high.

Pretty good location, on the edge of Getsemani.  Rather clean, they are cleaning and repainting the capsules walls regularly. Personnel is helpful and allowed me to divide up my reservation when my plans changed.

I didn't expect so many damn mosquitos. Also, I got **** over on their excursion to their new beach property. I was working weekdays and only had one Saturday to make use of. First was told it leaves at 8, then 9 then late and leaving at 10, then 11. I have up at 1130 and went to walk around the city. They were disorganized and wasted my day. If they were honest early in the day I could have paid a few extra dollars for a different boat to drop me off, but they didn't take any responsibility or try to figure it out. Additionally, they rent out their co-working space to other locals, so the most of the seats are already taken. Literally set up with their own printer etc for the fact that 4-6 people take up the 6 seats regularly. I saw them pay their office rent while I was there so it's clearly ongoing. There is also no vibe there for evenings, never once saw someone serving drinks at the bar.

The dorms were perfect. The pods are big enough to unpack yourself and not be stuck with your gear on your bed. A private locker within your dorm, the curtains cover the light and the bathrooms were cleaned regularly.

It is very loud. But consider you are in Cartagena. So, don’t forget to bring ear plugs if you want to have a good night sleep

Beautiful lush social area with the nice extra of a small pool on the roof where the sun shines at in the mornings. The rooms were basic but the beds were nice.

I didn't like the tourist vibe in that area. Every 10 meters someone asks you to buy they mango, come into the restaurant or buy coke. I guess it's a nice area if you like to party to loud reggaeton.

Quite a lot of mosquitos in the common area. Have to pay to store bags here whereas other places store for free. Too many people for 1 bathroom per room. Hot tub/pool wasn’t clean

Extremely expensive for what is was, due to New Year’s Eve. The mattress is very hard it’s a struggle to climb to the top bunk. The chill out area is full of mosquitos and the bathroom should be cleaned more often. The AC at night was either freezing cold or way too hot.

No hostel tour upon check-in left me with several questions. The pool is more of a jacuzzi. The trip to Tierra bombs - Santuario beach actually costs you 50,000 pesos, you pay at the island and have to organize your own drive back to the hostel (I er or otherwise)

Location was great, right outside getsemani and easy access to the walled city. Cute hostel, the free breakfast is good to start the day
