The rooms were only at the second floor and didn't really have a good view from the balcony.

The view from the rooftop, the easy accessibility and especially the restaurant: the food there is one of the best in the island! Also extra comfy beds and big rooms.

No bar. You can pay alcohol from a shop and consume on site but don’t expect a glass of wine with dinner.

no wash cloth for the shower and only 4 hangers. also, you have to request a 2nd key ($50K deposit) if you want the room AC to stay on. otherwise, you get back to your room sweating from the day’s activities to a very hot and very humid room.

Just 50% of the view is beautiful, part of it is beautiful sea, and part of it is local houses, some of them not so nice

Excellent location, rooms are beautiful and modern, also the hotel is in the center part of the island but is far away from the noise party, so thats great. the breakfast was improving when I was there by a new menu and it was an excellent upgrade.

The staff was not very friendly, and we try very hard to speak Spanish and many times it was ignored. The restaurant service is horrible. They ignore you. They walk away from you. They don’t address you unless you can speak the language. Also, the staff never helps with anything if they see you struggling with bags if they see you struggling with anything they just ignore it. I think that’s a very bad customer service and this is one reason that I will not return to the property or recommend anyone staying there.

the property it’s beautiful and centrally located. Has a beautiful, rooftop pool. and the rooms are spacious and very very clean.

- Air conditioning at the rooms wasn't that easy to adjust. - there should be a rope to hang wet clothes in the bathroom.

It was great value for money. The hotel is new and very well located. Staff was kinder than the average islander. The fact that there weren't day pass guests made it more private / comfortable, especially at the pool zone.

when we arrived they told us the room we booked was not available and downgraded us. wish we would have had some warning, we are still confused on how the room we booked wasn’t available when we had booked it months in advance . We were there for a layover and were looking forward to hanging out on our balcony, but our new room did not have one. a suggestion that some shaded areas be added to the rooftop :) we weren’t bothered but this, but they don’t serve alcohol at their restaurant. you can bring your own and pay the corkage free.

The rooftop pool area was the highlight of our stay. Room was clean and quiet.

Booking.com could provide an online checking feature to solve the pain point for the hotels hosted in their platform
