The bed was really comfortable, the rooms where really big and the shower was amazing. After reading some bad comments about the hotel I was a bit worried, but our stay was really amazing! The staff was really friendly but sometimes it felt a little fake friendly, anyways they where really helpfull to hold our stuff when arrived before the check in and left late after the checkout.

We asked for a room to have a window- but we got one without a window- so it's dark throughout. The breakfast has very limited choices, same everyday. The pictures in the booking.com look amazing which is not a true reflection.

No hot water, no wifi. The state of bathroom, the lack of space in the room. The restaurant food was really average and expensive. We order plain pasta, they managed to get it undercooked The free breakfast was average.

Our shower ceiling was leaking for 4 days and we reported the issue 3 times before we were told it was fixed but it continued to leak. We were moved to another room after 4 nights of our 6 night stay. The GM did give us a free dinner for the trouble. The breakfast was lacking limited to eggs cereal and fruit without other options and no morning menu. Finally for the price of the room I would have expected at least the hotel is maintained very well but there is definitely a lack of upkeep. An example in both rooms the towel and toilet paper holders were lose and ready to fall off the wall.

We stayed in one room without any window. Overpriced for what it offers. It needs better cleaning, hair from previous hosts were there, and stayed there during our stay. Only one key to the room (can't charge devices while out, neither can leave the AC on to refresh the room). Our safe in the room was locked when we arrived, we asked the reception for them to reset it and unlock it for us, but we're still waiting for them to do it :)

The facilities were over priced. We felt the cleanliness was ok, but should have been better for the price. While the breakfast was alright, the food could have been better for the price.

I did not like our rain shower. The amenities are very modern but they should work. Our rain shower, the holes were blocked and water was spraying in all directions. So to wash my hair it took me ages. Good we stayed there only 3 nights so I had to wash my hair once. We also left one night earlier as our Viva flight for Saturday morning was cancelled so there was only a flight Saturday evening. Also we had Room 210 without a window. This is the first time in my 60yrs that I had a hotel room without a window to look out. It was claustrophobic.

I live in Switzerland so the breakfast was very BASIC. White toast bread - unhealthy. We had to have an egg as there was nothing else. The fruit used to be mostly finished when we came.

staff are rude. blood stain on bed sheets, not changed after asking. Breakfast - asked for vegetarian in both Spanish and English. meat omelette was brought out. Asked to change and their attitude was appalling. 30 mins later no breakfast was provided. Spoke to reception and they did not help.

after the disappointment of our first accommodation in San Andres, we decided to change to this hotel. I must say this was the best decision. Hotel is very new, and modern. The design is beautiful inside. Also our room is quiet. There is hot water to take shower (which seems precious this island). Room is clean and spacious. We had very comfortable stay here. The view is just amazing from the rooftop, where you can bring your own beverage to enjoy the pool and the view. We love everything here and the staff are nice too. I could say comparing with other pricey, old and worn out hotels in this island, staying here is totally worthy.

Terrible breakfast without a menu (weak coffee, pretty much only omelette and some white toast, strange cereal mix), mediocre cleaning (under the bed/nightstands you could clearly see dirt), weirdly constructed showers (whole bathroom under water every time), most things on the menu for lunch or dinner unavailable. Can't say anything about the quality, all the things we wanted were not available

It’s a dry hotel. They don’t serve alcohol. Should state that ahead of booking. Service was really slow or non-existent. Breakfast was inedible.

Booked a room with sea view. They put us on 2nd floor. No view and street sound was really loud Saturday night. Other nights weren’t so bad. When asked to change they said maybe the next day. But didn’t.

The rooms are not very good isolated so it was very loud at night when party people were outside. Service was pretty poor, unfriendly and made no effort to communicate slower in spanish, no one spoke any english.

There is nothing that I can think of that I didn't like about my stay. I felt the stay was just want I needed and was well worth the money I spent, so I have no complaints.

I loved everything about my stay and highly recommend this Hotel to others. It was centrally located on the island and you would easy to get to places for entertainment, the beach, restaurants, dining, and the local supermarket which is across the street.

The location and costumer services are the top qualities of the hotel. As newly opened is excelente for the short time the have been operating. Being nine times to the island, one of the best hotels I stayed in!
