This hotel is the best that can happen with you in Tayrona area. Delicious food, comfortable rooms, great pool, gorges views. We even left our luggage and pick up next day after Tayrona night. Very good value for money, highly recommended. Thank you so much!

The only very minor issue was that the bathrooms were a bit dark - so consider bringing a lighted mirror if you need more light to get ready.

Amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and are happy to offer suggestions for activities in the nearby area. They can also arrange lunch reservations for you at their other properties if you are interested to visit them, since otherwise they are limited to guests only. The location was perfect for us - it's about halfway between Santa Marta and Palomino and is walking distance to the main entrance to Parque Tyrona. There are also some small shops and restaurants along the road in walking distance, but we ate nearly all our meals at the hotel becase the food was so good! The included breakfast was excellent and the portions generous, and the all-day coffee and tea service was a great touch. We loved exploring the grounds, including the river a short walk down a scenic trail. Lounging by the pool was also lovely, with mounrtain views all around you. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

This is in the perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Tayrona National Park entrance, and is such a peaceful place. The rooms are large and super comfortable and the staff were great. In particular Angie and Samuel who went out of their way to help me get my passport back. Couldn’t recommend this place more

The room smelled like dampness and dirt… it’s hard to tell, but it didn’t smell like clean, when we entered the room. Also, the way walking to the Hotel was like with little stones, so we had to carry the luggage.

We loved the quietness… it was easy to rest there and the staff was extremely kind and helpful!!!

One of our rooms had a hole somewhere where little critters (lizard, bugs) got in. They didn't have room the first night to change us but the second night we were able to be in another room that did not have the same problem.

The pool, location in the mountains, cute cabins, excellent and sweet staff, massages, free breakfast, and restaurants were all incredible! The cocktails were great, too. We loved the attention to detail and how pampered we felt.

The only problem we had was the insects that were coming into our cabaña somehow. We couldn’t keep them away :)

We loved the architectural design of the property - the pool area was so gorgeous! The cabaña where we stayed was spacious and the bathroom was amazing. We absolutely loved the food, and the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

The property is a bit rustic, which is what you should expect if you do a little research about the area. We enjoyed it, but others may find it a bit more rustic than they’d like (ie. bugs/climate control, etc).

I wish it had a gym or some fitness space. Only thing it’s missing. And maybe more to the menu, have a set lunch menu. After day 5 I got bored of the selection of food but only because we didn’t eat anywhere else.

Beautiful and practical location. Wonderful views, easy access to the river, the jungle, beaches and Tayrona park. The facilities are great. The staff absolutely amazing, they are so so friendly and do everything to make your stay unforgettable. The massage team is extremely skilled. Highly recommend!!

The coffee. We are in Colombia! If needed we would have been happy to pay extra for some espresso and drip coffee. Also would be good if staff was a bit more informed and helpful about how to visit Tayrona park - they could have a map or suggestions etc.

Stunning location in the middle of nature, excellently maintained and lovely staff, very close to the entrance of Tayrona Natural Park (just 10 mins walk away). Great location and service. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious and well equipped with comfy beds and pillows. The staff is very passionate about their job, professional, helpful and friendly and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Consumption at the hotel can be paid by card.

The only tiny downside was that the western music played in the bar in the evening. Shame it wasn’t relaxing Latin music instead. Really a very minor thing.
