The hotel could offer some more facilities for the guests like gym equipment, yoga space. The luggage room was unlocked when we put our luggage there and when we picked it up which felt a bit weird. The entire hotel is guarded but would feel better for the guests if also the luggage room is locked.

Send Konguiwa is a beautiful property next to the El Zaino entrance of Tayrona. We stayed one night in a huge cabaña with it’s own little terasse which was also very private. The staff is very helpful, the rooms very clean and the restaurant menu diverse and delicious. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out, stay one night in Tayrona and then come and pick them up.

I must admit this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Everything was perfect. I really liked the fact that the staff did not have any problems with organizing things. Want a massage for couples? Here you go, choose what time today is suitable for you. A New Year’s Eve dinner for two tomorrow? Here is a table for you. Everything was organized perfectly. The rooms were nice, and the hotel area is just amazing.

The property is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food/drinks are great! The location is perfect for going to Tayrona for the day, but the best part is returning to the pool after a long day of hiking!

Filtered water was a bit tricky. We walked into town to buy in bulk, could only buy small bottles at the hotel. No filtered water was provided.

The location was spectacular we really enjoyed the resort and nearby amenity of the river, on-site massage, cocao plantation and we could walk to Tayrona entrance. Staff were very friendly and tried very hard to help us with our woeful spanish. Daily housekeeping was great. Restaurant had good variety, and reasonable prices. Our room was huge! (Delux family room), with private plunge pool and courtyard

A slice of heaven! So peaceful with beautiful views. The pool and restaurant were both amazing. There is loads of options for lunch and dinner and the food was so fresh and delicious. There are loads of tours and excursions to do that the hotel can organise (although we wanted to spend as much time by the amazing pool as we could). They also organised us a taxi to Cartegena. It’s within walking distance to the entrance to Tayrona which is very handy! I had an amazing massage.

I was a bit worried to be bored as it’s more of a family vibe but this place is so exceptional that it wasn’t an issue for a couple nights. Probably the best food I had in Colombia, the pools are amazing and the private hiking trail is such a cool and unusual added bonus. But the big big congrats go to the staff. They were all amazing, so kind and friendly. I can’t recommend it enough.

We had to get used to the bugs in the room, but after the first day there were less.

We loved the natural environment of the resort, the pool, the service of the kind staff. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the entrance of the Tayrona Park, and it was a relaxing oasis after a day of hot hiking.

Only small downside was a small area of ants in our ground floor room which started crawling into our bags...fixed by spraying the area with DEET. Hard to avoid this in the middle of the rainforest so didn't take away any ratings. Was also asked if we'd like to give a tip at the end of our stay as we were paying

A group of french tourists came to the hotel drinking and smoking, the noise definetly impacted the usual peacefull setting, however the hotel staff knew how to handle the situation and everything was sorted, I didnt like the app they have to get in touch with the reception, is kind of informative but there is no one actively looking into the chat, so it may be difficult to contact the staff at nigths (you will have to go there and ask for something directly)

Great location, an absolutely amazing environment, with a river coming down rigth from the Sierra Nevada 3 minutes walking from your bed you feel the real connection with nature, the rooms are perfectly set to match the nature environment, and all the site is set so you can have a real conection with nature and find peace, the personnel of the kitchen is amazing, the food is perfect!, kudos to the chef! Thank you Erika for the outstanding service in the restaurant! I loved my view when waking up, is the picture attached to this review, was inspiring, we will come back. (we were assigned a driver to get us to the hotel, his name is James, it was a blessing! we asked him to give us advice about nearby beaches and tips related to the location, he was amazing!! he drove us to all the places that we went including a mall in Santa Marta, Rodadero markets and the Playa Crystal safely and on time, he was informative and attentive, 10 out of 10 for James! if you`re looking for someone to drive you around while taking care of you, ask for James, you won`t be disappointed.
