Only a tiny thing: the shower took some time to get warm and sometimes switched back to cold in-between. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay :-)

The hotel is only a short car ride from the airport. We were welcomed by friendly staff, the room was very clean and comfortable. Due to the proximity to the airport, you of course hear the planes, but we had oropax with us, so it wasn't an issue :-). We really liked the nature inspired atmosphere of the hotel!

We had to leave early for the airport, so we asked if we would be able to get breakfast earlier than the time listed, and the receptionist said that it would not be a problem. However, when we reported to the lobby the next morning, it resulted that this was not true. We do not expect special treatment, but if we request something and are told that it will be possible, we expect the promise to be kept. We would have prepared a breakfast the night before had we known this would happen. Please educate your receptionists on the hotel policies, or at the least ensure that they communicate fully with the rest of the staff.

Close to the airport. Easy check-in and some staff sleep on-site, so they are available with a whatsapp message if absolutely necessary.

While towels and bed were clean, the floor was only clean to the eye but our feet were really dirty after a few minutes of walking barefoot.

We came in very late from the airport and the host sent me a message with pictures and an address in advance to make sure I know where to go and how to stay safe. This was amazing since we arrived after midnight. The beds were perfectly firm and very very clean and I slept so peacefully. Also the staff was super nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions and even helped arrange a taxi for us! The breakfast was simple but wonderful! Very safe and accommodating.

Airport is nearby so you can heard the noise of the planes. Would be great to add shelf & towel holder in the bathroom.

This place is definitely better for those with a short layover or an early morning flight like we had than anyone wanting to explore the city. It took us about an hour with traffic in an Uber to get to La Candalaria and over two hours to drive back. We were glad to not have to deal with that in the morning with our 7am flight and recommendation to be at the airport 3 hours early, though.

Impeccably clean, comfortable, and cheery room in a convenient location for getting to and from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful with us for check in and check out, allowing us a secure place to store our bags when we arrived early and wanted to go explore the city. Walking distance from a few places to grab food.

The hot water in the shower can get cold then very hot- took some adjusting! (this only happened in one of the 2 rooms I had- the other worked fine).

Helpful, professional, young staff. I was flying in and out of Bogota twice in one week and they gave me the name and number of a driver/driving company that was also incredibly professional and helpful for pick up and drop off to airport. I stored a bag at the hotel between trips. They suggested a nice place for a pedicure. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Restaurants and stores very close by. The rooms are clean and bright and happy. Filtered water available to refill your water bottle!

The advertised price did not match what the hotel charged us. Almost 30 thousand over the price we saw. Any discount we were offered was lost. We feel that, for that price, we could have paid for a hotel offering at least a free shuttle instead.

Breakfast was okey. Just eggs with bread, for 10 thousand. I do not see why they must put it outside the room's price and make us pay it anyway.

It was a very nice and tranquil hostel. I did not read my mail before I arrived so at first I was kind of lost since there is no sign outside of the hostel and it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. So I was doubting if I was in the right place. Luckily, a man I spoke to on the street knew where this hostel was and took me there. My advice is to read your mail before you arrive because it explains everything clearly and prevents the sense of feeling lost. The beds were comfy, all the facilities were really clean and the owner was very kind!

Location is a bit far from city center, and some extra amenities (towels, toiletries) would've been nice!

The staff (family) was so kind and caring! Helped us with transportation and tourism advice. They let us leave our luggage behind way before our check in time. Comfortable beds, nice neighbourhood, and truly wonderful family!
