United StatesI did not like that the reservation seemed to leave out the room, which was adjoined and not soundproof from the description. Neighbors were extremely loud the first night roughly from 10p-12:30a with extremely loud music. Maybe I read it wrong, but I thought the hotel policy was against parties. I luckily managed to find headphones and finally catch some sleep. The hotel responded to my complaint the following morning and said it was on me to pay for an upgrade to change rooms where there would be no noise. That should be an easy free room change or, at minimum, a request to the room to lower the noise to where it doesn't disturb other guests.
The restaurant is excellent. Communication is tough for an American with slow Spanish but overall a good experience.

ColombiaThe fact that the walls between rooms must be very thin because we could hear everything the guests in the next room talked during most of the night.
The location is great, close to the hospital and the shopping center we wanted to visit. The hotel is very new itself. The room was plenty big and very cozy.

CuraçaoThere were only 2 things to point out about our stay: 1. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6AM. We arrived there on the dot, as we really only had 15 minutes to get breakfast before going to the airport. Unfortunately, breakfast was not ready by that time so we only had a couple of fruits. Could work on this for the future. 2. At the other Sites hotels we would get water bottles daily. Considering the water in Barranquilla is not safe to drink, we were expecting daily water bottles too over here.
We've stayed at other Hotel Sites hotels and we absolutely LOVE the design and staff service of each hotel. The consistency is what we like most! It always feels like coming to a familiar place no matter where you are. Hotel Sites Barranquilla is a bit far from the action but the area is being developed, so I'm expecting this to change in the future. The hotel in itself is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and spacious. Smells delicious and as always super clean.

Hotel is very nice, they keep really clean and in good condition. The staff was nice and helped us a lot. The room was perfect, nice beed, excellent shower. Super clean!

United StatesThat is my second time in the hotel for some reason I had to pay the Iba never happened to me. That was the only thing I don’t like.  the first time I show my two passport because I’m from Colombia and United States and everything was fine.  so I understand why they have to pay the second time.

AustraliaThe service at the bar and restaurant was awful. The staff were extremely slow, took around 1 hour to make a gin & tonic (no exaggeration). Breakfast was fine as it was a buffet but ordering any other meal will take more than 1 hour. The bar staff are most likely doing 3 jobs at the same time as he would disappear for 30mins at a time. The restaurant staff stood around doing nothing, despite that the buffet needed refilling (eggs and bread were empty 2 days in a row and we had to ask the staff who were standing around).
