A lot of French spoken by the staff, makes you feel you are not in Colombia. Missing more Colombian inspired dishes at night.

Beautiful hotel, nice beach, excellent service. Breakfast is spectacular, with both Colombian and internacional dishes. Ideal for a 3 to 4 night stay, as they only have 3 restaurants available for dinner. The gym and Spa are very well equiped. The sound bath Therapy was a wonderful experience.

It was perfect for me to chill, reading books by the beach, eat yummy food, working out at the gym, getting a massage at the spa. I was spoiled by the staff, they were very candid and helpful.

Service was hit or miss at times. Some things were slow to arrive, like food or housekeeping requests. When we went to check in, even though we arrived on their catamaran at noon, we still had to wait 3 hours for our room to be ready. It would’ve been nice if it was ready when we got there. Housekeeping needs more of an eye to detail. If we ask for 4 towels, why do you only give us 1 the next day after you make up the room?

Property is absolutely gorgeous!! Staff are exceptional from beginning to end! Worth every single penny! I actually booked another hotel in the great wall and left half way through the stay to book this hotel! Best decision ever! The property is about 45-60 mins away from the airport.

The room was freezing cold (18°) when we arrived. We opened the window to get some air in and also to look at the stupendous view from the balcony. Big mistake! It created a condensation like I had never seen before, the whole floor was wet (talking 1cm of water), the walls, the sheets. Luckily the staff changed our room on the 2nd night. The food could be a little better, although it's quite abundant (especially the breakfast)

- room smelt a little of damp (not a major issue given the humidity in the area) - the price of some items was odd. For example water was very expensive but alcohol was more reasonable

- great pools and beach front location - nice staff, very friendly and attentive - food was good (but not outstanding) - lots of activities to do

A phenomenal stay at a breathtaking resort. From the immaculate rooms, the pristine beach (with incredible activities, the amazing pools, the great restaurants (breakfast was ludicrously good) and the unbelievably attentive staff this place has it all! Attention to detail with no stone left unturned. Luxury with a lovely vibe. Here’s to hoping that the hotel, with it’s increasing fame, doesn’t follow the same path as other luxury Caribbean resorts, becoming sickeningly expensive and unobtainable

To reach the hotel the road is in not good conditions, so I strongly suggest to work on that and improve it.

Pretty nice place for holiday, nice beaches, restaurants and rooms with all services needed to spend holidays.
