I feel food was good but no excellent for the price the charge. The desserts where not good at all!! the Ice cream kart should have a premium ice cream brand with great local flavors!

It seems that the hotel is still in running period. we had a very bad experience during dinner, we had to wait for the first container do 2 hours and than we just left without Waiting for the rest of our order. At the time no one came to apologize and after we left 2 more table did the same as we did. I must say that the management of the hotel come to us the next day to refund us for breakfast and late checkout.

The location is amazing and the decoration is very nice. we had a room with a great view of the beach. The photos of the hotel in booking are not as good as the reality. The gym facility is great.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Loved all of it. Just be sure to make reservations for certain activities and restaurants. We were not able to eat at Humo while there because it was fully booked. Make a plan, don’t just decide on the fly. If you want to relax in a beautiful hotel, beautiful area, deal with friendly laid back staff, stare at the ocean from a lounge chair while sipping on a beer or cocktail…this is the spot!!!

The food and beverage prices are definitely US or European prices. We paid much less for same quality food in Cartagena or Medellin

Beautiful Resort! We were able to completely relax and enjoy the beach, pool and spa. Rooms were comfortable and good size. Food was great, reservation are needed for some restaurants, so make those in advance. Staff was very attentive.

A little hard to get to (but great once you are there!). Reserving dinner for our group took a bit of effort. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event; wish they had left part open for other guests.

Setting and views were beautiful. Staff was lovely and delivered great service. Food was excellent; top-notch breakfast buffet. Water sports were well run. Rooms were beautiful. Beach was great, with shade trees and hammocks. Lifeguarded. Boat to the airport was the best way to go.

The prices in restaurants are overpriced. also, all the prices were shown without taxes and service charge, so everything was 20% more expensive at the end

Front desk staff needs improvement. Definitely not up to Sofitel standards. Road access is pretty bad — unpaved — but the hotel does offer alternatives and we are told they have plans to pave it.

Great facilites. Modern rooms and several options of restaurants and bars. Cocktails offered at the beach bar were great. Food was very nice at the restaurants we visited. Beach is kept very clean and for hotel guests only. Restaurant and bar service was good. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage and speed.

There is service charge on everything as well as a hotel service charge, perhaps one or the other would be better. They default to the most expensive option if you ask for something like Water. The shower power could be better. Regardless of these comments, the hotel is amazing and we would defiantly recommend. It’s beautiful. One note, getting there (by car) the road is TERRIBLE, so prepare for that. And if you go by sea it can be rough.

The pictures don’t do this hotel justice, it’s so much nicer than you expect. Everything is of a very high standard. The staff are very helpful and nice. The decor and the rooms are gorgeous, all rooms have a sea view but would definitely recommend a room above the ground floor as they’re a bit exposed to other guests. The pools are spacious, lots of beds, same on the beach which you can walk right on to from the pool. Everything is very accessible. The food is of a good standard. The prices are a little high for things like ‘French’ water, so make sure to ask for the Columbia brands as they’ll default to the expensive one. The water sports are fantastic! definitely recommend.
