I cannot recommend a hotel more highly than the Sofitel bogota! The location is perfect and the accommodations are stellar. The bed was truly like sleeping on a cloud. My husband and I have never experienced a comfier bed. Every detail is perfect and beautiful from the fantastic rain shower in the bath to the lights for reading connected to the bed. Even better than the comfort and beauty of the entire hotel, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They go above and beyond! From last minute dinner reservations to printing tickets and giving an extra 3 hours for checkout, we cannot wait to stay here again!

We liked the hotel so much we stayed there at the beginning and the end of our 3.5 week trip! The hotel is in an awesome location just minutes from tons of amazing restaurants. The staff were beyond helpful (answered all of our questions, arranged for our COVID test to return home, always friendly) and the spa packages offered at the hotel are perfection. Beds are so comfortable!

Provide the option to have male massage therapist in addition to female.

Breakfast we fair, so I only ate breakfast there once. I never ate dinner or other meals at the hotel because when I went there, the music was too loud and there was no staff to serve me. I preferred eating next door at The Four Seasons hotel restaurant instead where the food and service were excellent and there was no loud music.

It was my second time at Sofitel Victoria Regia; it has been once again a very positive experience. Also, furniture in the rooms has been changed (modernized). Can only recommend Sofitel Victoria Regia!

They could do a better job providing more drawers and storage space in the rooms, the closet space is small. It was only my wife and myself with stuff for just one week and we felt the lack of space to storage our things

The level of service is outstanding, from doorman, to front desk to Bar-Restaurant to house keeping a truly five star experience. The staff people are exceedingly well trained without exception. Also the location is premium, within walking distance of everything you may need. Top restaurants at your doorstep. The Andino Mall just four blocks away, the Virrey Park three blocks away

Exceptional service and excellent amenities. I am very grateful to the staff that helped me arrange on-demand COVID testing onsite in the hotel. That was extremely convenient and easy. I will definitely be coming back to the Sofitel next time I'm in Bogota.

The staff are absolutely delightful, really friendly and went out of their way to help celebrate my husband's birthday. The location is superb, you can just walk right out of the door into Zona T and some of Bogota's best restaurants. Very comfy bed.
