The bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on. I think they should change the light bulbs to warm white or yellow - the blueish white light reminds me of an operating room.

The breakfast was delicious! And the staff members were very kind.

It's located next to a restaurant / bar that has outdoor speakers. Colombians play their music loud and late. The windows are older and don't block the noise. I was on the 6th floor and could hear the music when the room air conditioner wasn't running.

A good location. Breakfast was included. The hotel is very clean The room was big. Everything worked and the wifi was strong. I slept well.

Nice spacious room, air con works really well which is definitely needed as relief from the heat. Really good value for money.

1- there was not hot water to take a shower , 2- the bed mattress was not firm so it was uncomfortable , 3- there were only a few colombian tv channels in spanish, 3- there was an odd humidity odor in the halls

1- Staff was extremely nice and kind, they did their best to make it happen, 2- breakfast was good , 3- parking lot was good and safe

The room where they serve breakfast was kind of warm and stuffy. It also lacked some sort of background music.

great location. Besides the room being clean and a very comfortable bed, I loved that the room was very quite. You could barely hear any of the noise outside 👍🏻

What sadly didn't really work well was their TV media device but that was not a big deal for us.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfy rooms, great location, loved the different flavored waters/juices that they offered at the lobby, clean and many nearby restaurants.

understaffed for breakfast and though they tried their best (the place was full!), they took over an hour to serve it.

I travelled with my friend, our room during Carnavales was on the second floor on the corner right next to the speakers for the bar next door. It was INCREDIBLY LOUD, the bass of the sound systems would resonate every night so strongly through everything in the room until 4 am. Be warned, you need to be a HEAVY SLEEPER IN ORDER TO SLEEP in the room we were provided. The room we were given, 212 should not be allowed for human habitation taking into account the loudness given by the nextdoor neighbors and the area in general. Also no mini fridge :(

Breakfast was nice, good location for partying if you are into that. Staff were nice.

Review refinement: "I'm deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, the price was exorbitant considering the subpar quality of the accommodations. The room I was assigned was outdated, poorly laid out, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the absence of a minibar or even basic water in the room made it difficult to stay hydrated. The noise levels within the room were intolerable, leading to sleepless nights throughout my three-day stay. The staff seemed poorly trained and were unable to adequately address guests' needs or requests. Additionally, my room went uncleaned for two consecutive days, despite housekeeping being included in the services. The breakfast buffet was a major disappointment, lacking variety, with low-quality food and insufficient quantities available. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment. Even my request for a refund on the first night, due to the unsatisfactory conditions, was denied by the management, reflecting poor manners and a lack of customer-centricity."

The water pressure in the shower was not very good. That’s all I have to say. I could hear the people on the part of the street where the clubs were but it wasn’t much of a bother.

The breakfasts were really good and available for a good amount of time. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. I feel that the price of the room was very reasonable. I would stay again!
