The service of the personal was not so good. The hotel was not taken care of, all the equipments was old, for example we had a balcony that we cannot close, tv was not receiving well

Bedding should be inspected before doing the bed. Door to my room wasn’t soundproof, so I could hear all the noise from the private event space.

Breakfast was tasty, but very limited options. Scrambled eggs with either ham, Vienna sausages or tomatoes with onions is the only protein option.

There was no shower head but they replaced it after I reported it. Also the toilet paper holder was missing and I had a view of a wall through a broken window.

Great staff great breakfast very accommodating. I like the architecture and the pool and also the free parking. Some very nice antiques in the hallways.

The staff wasn't the most friendly people. Also the area around the hotel wasn't the best because it's located in Barranquilla's downtown.

Quite enough price considering service and facilities. The room was quiet and big enough for a solo traveler. The gym and pool were clean and they've good very good schedules for being used.

No shower head. But I had 2 bathrooms. And found one in the other bathroom. So I switched it to the bathroom attached to the room I was using. The beds are Colombian style. Very firm.

The people treated me well. There were a couple of issues on arrival addressed quickly. They didn't speak English. On check in. It took 3 rooms before I i got what I booked. An apartment rather than a room. TV didn't work and a water leak. All addressed quickly. It's newly renovated to a hotel. So it's got issues. Pool was great. Room size, great. Walked the area with no issues. Highly recommend the hotel for it's price . Oh and if you have a rental car. Sufficient and secure parking under the hotel. If your snobby, probably not for you. Best way to describe it. Is South American quaint.

No hot water in showers. When weather is chilly, hot water should be turned on (I wouldn't even mind paying for it a bit). They also charge an arm and a leg when you bring a guest up to your room. Not recommended for this. Despite the good service, cleanliness, and convenience, I won't be back.

In the Last day I have some issues with my backpack and they don't want to provide the support the solution for the situation I'm requesting to check the cameras but they don't taking very seriously, they don't care about travel people that is very sad?

There was a dog barking through-out the night. I do not see the reason why I had to sign for a simple breakfast. The TV only presented one channel.

The pool was a big plus. It was very modern looking unlike the facility and rooms.

Too noisy if you get a room on the street side, facilities are a bit old or in bad condition, tv was not working and breakfast was served after a long time as they are short of staff
