It would be nice to include some regional food options on the menu, especially that there is a vegetable and herb garden in the back, which is amazing! Otherwise no complaints, i am definitely coming back

The hotel is absolutely stunning - it is practically set in the middle of a lush garden filled with trees, flowers and exotic plants. It has a beautiful pool with a divine view, jacuzzi and spa options (sauna, steam room and a jacuzzi circuit). The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are cleaned everyday. I was surprised that given its proximity to nature, there weren't really any bugs or annoyances. The bed was sooo comfortable, i slept insanely well every night and we stayed for over a week and actually barely left the hotel because it was so nice to stay at. The staff is really kind and professional! To sum up, i am absolutely recommending this place a 100%!

We booked a room with a jacuzzi and it was a little more complicated to use than expected! A staff member has to turn on the filling from outside of the room and they control the temperature, when it first started to fill it was too cold so we phoned up to the desk and they adjusted it again but then it was too hot (lol) so not the most convenient process but it was still nice to have a private place.

The property is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Tuk tuks were easily available within 15 minutes to take you into Baricharra (about 10 a 10-minute ride) but the location outside of town is so peaceful so I wasn't sad we were outside of the city. Breakfast was great each morning and there was always a selection of choices and it was prepared fresh to order. My partner and I booked massages on our last day which were great and the spa's hydrotherapy pool area was an amazing end after a massage. I would highly recommend Hotel Terra!

The coffee at the restaurant was very poor, it was week and watery. Been in Colombia, a coffee producing country the hotel could offer a variety of good quality expresso, cappuccino or macchiato.

the architecture is very appropriate for the weather and the landscape & gardens enhance the design. from the front desk to the spa & restaurant the service is exceptional!

Beautiful all around, private rooftop and jacuzzi were highlights. Restaurant was great, and enjoyed lounging by the pool. I had read reviews that had complaints, but did not encounter any issues.

Service in restaurant was sometimes slow and was non existent pool side. Lower floor balconies have no view. Room furniture a bit sparse. E.g no suitcase racks or chairs.

Great location and beautifully landscaped property. Nice pool. Extensive menu. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. We also appreciated the solar water heating and electricity.

The drive to get there is beautiful through the mountains but it can be very long as it’s a one lane road.

Superb breakfast and the location is absolutely beautiful. The road to get there is difficult so if you go you should plan to stay a week.

Little coffee makers in the room with coffee and also screens on the the door to keep the mosquitoes out.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very helpful. The room is immaculate. Bathrooms were clean and well-equipped. My only comment from the standpoint of conveniences of there was no coffee in the room. As we are early risers we like to have our coffee. There was no refrigerator either like a little mini refrigerator. And also the water was cold until about 730am. Again, if you’re an early riser it really wakes you up in the morning when you take your shower! Other than that absolutely beautiful location wonderful people beautiful room. I would recommend some screens though on the doors to keep the mosquitoes out.
