Lovely hotel on the edge of town. Staff are excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are a good size. Hotel is in a nice garden setting. Breakfast is tasty and very substantial.

Very quiet, perfect for a night of rest . The breakfast was amazing as it had a variety of drinks, authentic Colombian breads, crêpes and waffles, as well as delicious fruit. The room, as well as the hotel was in pristine condition. I was very happy to know that they hotel had a garage so we were able to park our car. The concierge was very nice, we stored our bags without any issues. He was kind enough and able to guide us through multiple tours out of town, and the hotel was just 5 min from the town Square. Very convenient.

first: the staff. it was very friendly, professional and helpful. Both juan andres and leider were so great during our stay. after our stay they informed us we forgot a bag and they were so kind to send it by post to the following hotel we were going. second: the room. it was big,comfortable, silent with an amazing view over the city from the balcony third: the hotel itself. it is very beautiful. forth: the breakfast. it is very good

Everything! This place is beautiful, it’s close to the Main Street but on top of it. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. We were able to use the kitchen for our little one.

Luis was outstanding. He checked us in, made tea and juice on arrival, helped finish the room cleaning, was the waiter at breakfast, and was really focused on every detail. The cleaning staff and cooks were excellent as well. Crepes at breakfast were really good. We loved the room (#4), which had a great view and balconies. Perfect location in Salento.

We LOVED it here. Only stayed for three nights but never wanted to leave. Can't recommend this place enough. Staff super helpful, very comfy beds, everything was clean. Best of all: the breakfast in the garden outside. So many options to choose from and all so very delicious.

This is a lovely small hotel with extremely friendly staff, breathtaking views from every room, and a perfect location in Salento. Each morning we walked one block to watch the sunrise from the Mirador. The setting is very special and the hotel has many plants and is open air so it feels like you are part of the surroundings. It was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Terrazas de Salento! The staff were fantastic - incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean with beautiful views from the balconies and even from the bathroom. We loved the breakfast and coffee. The location is very walkable and still so peaceful at night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I read a review before booking that it was the best place they stayed in Colombia and I want to agree with them! Terrazas hotel is a beautiful hotel with such an amazing staff! I cannot thank them enough for making our stay there so wonderful! they were very attentive to all of our questions and if we needed anything and Can I say the breakfast was amazing! We get to choose from a menu and everything is so delicious. There is so much detail that goes on in this hotel. Salento is a beautiful town with beautiful people and Terrazas hotel really shows that in their hotel. I honestly wished I would have stayed a few weeks here. Now, the hotel was build in the early 2000s, and oh boy, everything was done to perfection. Like I mentioned before, the detail of everything makes this place perfect! don’t look any further, Terrazas is the place to go! Thank you all for the amazing stay!!!

Such a great hotel. The breakfast is great with fruit, fresh juices and eggs however you want them. The location is perfect, being so close to everything but so peaceful with great views over the town and mountains. The highlight of the hotel though is definitely the staff who go above and beyond.
