the location was great, in la candelaria so walking distance from lots of great sightseeing things. the staff was amazing and changed my room with no problem as the 1st room I had was in front of the laundry room and next to the common area so a bit nosy. would definitely stay again!

The power plugs in the rooms are inside the closets, which is almost always a bit annoying.

Great staff, vibes, bar, and common area. Very comfortable beds. Everything is very clean. They offer many activities (not the cheapest ones though). Beautiful terrace. The location is convenient. Check out el candelario club on fridays and saturdays, you wont regret it.

Lots of organized activities, amazing facilities and staff. It's easy to meet people and interact with them at the bar of the entrance. The pods I was in had all I needed for charging the phone and storing stuff. Toilets and showers always available and super clean. Ideal location with many amenities and attractions nearby. 5 stars 🤩

The quintessential hostel. A place to meet new friends, try new things and feel the pulse of the neighborhood. We stayed in a private room, but everywhere looked clean and bright. The sleeping areas were expertly placed away from the communal areas so even when people stayed up late, we couldn’t hear any noise from our room.

Travelers who come back in the middle of the night really should see a flashing electric sign saying please whisper instead of talking loudly.

The staff were especially great. All of the staff in the front spoke English, some of them very well. Everyone was helpful. Maybe it's the friendly atmosphere that helped travelers be friendly with each other. There was a heavy door that blocked the noisy common area from the quiet sleeping area at night. Even the loud electric hand dryer at the washing sinks turns off between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

The shared bathrooms were often a little unclean and with no toilet roll but think that was down to other guests not the hostel. But they could maybe be checked more regularly.

Good location to the old town, National museum of Colombia and the start of the Monserrate hike, lots of social activities you can do each day, amazing bar which serves breakfast and dinner with lots of options (including healthy ones) which is convenient. Friendly and helpful staff, nice welcome reception area with lounge. We stayed in a private room and it was cosy with nice furnishings. Overall great stay and would recommend - one of the best hostels we’ve stayed in.

A member of staff didn’t turn up so our breakfast order was delayed and then after waiting over 2 hours cancelled. I’m sure this was a one off as it was the day after NYE but frustrating at the time
