The bed was really hard - not at all comfortable.

The location in the La Candelaria district is excellent. It was an easy walking distance to many sights and museums.

I really love this hotel, stayed here for the second time and it was even better, great accommodations, the beds are super comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Price/quality wise it’s an absolute 10!

We never tried their breakfast but that’s because this hostel was such an amazing location with anything and everything you could want to eat just outside!

Apparently it is located in a dangerous area and one shouldn’t be outside in the dark. As I always took a Uber during the night and during the day there were always people in the streets I felt safe. You can hear noises from outside the room.

Beautiful furniture, super clean and very nice staff at the reception. I was alone in a 6 person room as there weren’t many people in the hotel.

Characterful upscale hostel, modern, friendly staff and excellent service. Easy check in at 4am straight from flight. Great location. Not a social hostel but we still made friends enough to organise a craft beer tour together.

The room was tiny, even for a solo traveller. Not enough plug sockets in the room. No safe. No toilet brush. Sauna not working.

The staff were amazing. Helped me with a late checkout for my 11pm flight. Spoke great English. Literally went the extra mile, walking me to a supermarket to help with my mobile phone. Also gave me a homemade sweet. Friendly environment. Great location, next to all the tourist attractions. Nice building. Comfortable bed. Best shower I had in Colombia.

Hot water was intermittent- and don’t come here to meet loads of new people. It’s still very quiet- not a party hostel (perfect for me!) Could do with places to hang towels and coats in the rooms!

Very comfortable beds and mattresses etc- feels very newly refurbished. Facilities like the bathrooms are also new. Staff lovely.

The volume of the music that in my opinion should be more as a background music.
