We arrived with very large suitcases as we were travelling around for 2 months. The stairs up to our room was quiet loose and uneven, it didn't feel safe to carry our suitcases up. We booked a private room but had to share a small hallway to our room with a mixed dormitory and only a sliding door separated us to them. You could hear any noise they made and they could probably hear us too. Therefore when we had to wake up very early one morning we had to try and be very quiet as you could hear every move. At night when we were sleeping we could hear everyones conversations right outside out room. Even though it is a private room, it is not very private.

The location was great! we saw many reviews that the area is very unsafe at night but we walked around on a saturday night and there was lots of lively music and bars and restaurants around. It was honestly fine. The bed was comfortable.

Some confusion about the room availability, but it was worked out. Mostly quiet but some courtyard noise until about 11 in the evening.

Helpful staff. Security is good. Good coffee and breakfast. Good laundry service too.

We had the room next to the showers in the 1st floor and unfortunately mold came in to our room on one wall. Nothing big or unfixable, but since there was very few other guests it felt strange that we got the room with moisture damage (I don’t know for sure if it was other available, as we didn’t ask) The hostel is next to the plaza, where a lot of the street party is happening. So a lot of sound from that and also lobby music in the hostel all day long

It was quite bright and loud in the room as it was directly next to the lounge and there are windows in the door.

The location of this hostel is great! In the evening there are so many people around the corner, sitting in the streets or eating in the restaurants. The staff is really friendly.

Great Location.....it's just off a busy Square but not noisy inside. It was actually very quiet when we were there in mid January.. we had an upstairs room with private bathroom. The staff are lovely and the breakfast of coffee, eggs and bread was good.

Our room didn't have a window so it was very dark. Walls very thin too so you can hear everything in the rooms above and next to you. No kitchen for guests to use.

Lovely friendly staff, very good location in the historical centre. Close to food hall (recommend for smoothies and lunch). Felt safe inside the hostel, but outside you need to be mindful (don't flash your phone if you want to keep it!) Comfortable bed, and the breakfast was very good!

The breakfast was included and they offered pancakes but didn’t tell us those were extra and we had to pay for them at check out - it was fine, just a little odd.
