Being right off the highway. Having to go to the store to get laundry detergent. These are minor inconveniences. Mainly just a suggestion for the establishment to put in a detergent dispenser or vending machine. That way guests don't have to search for laundry detergent, as most travelers won't be bringing that item with them. The parking isn't included with the hotel stay and is a separate business entirely. Not a huge amount of money, I think we paid the equivalent of $5 to park overnight.

These rooms are more like an entire tiny home. Complete with kitchen. The 2bed options come with 2 separate bedrooms with closing doors and a shared bathroom. When you close the doors, it's silent. There is outside noise, just due to the location being right off the highway. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is parking underground, but is separate from the hotel and you have to pay per night. Great shower with hot water and good water pressure. They don't provide conditioner, but do provide everything else. The gym was a great addition and they have a little of everything except for bands. The spa was cold, so we didn't use it and the pool is a nice addition for hot days but is not heated, so stays pretty cold. Breakfast was good and I really liked having the onsite lavandería. It's a little pricey, but they have washers and dryers. They do not provide laundry detergent nor is there a dispenser onsite. There is an Oxxo on the corner that will sell you detergent if needed.

Great place with many facilities and kindly reception. The only bad thing was the WIFI connection, sinal was unstable. But I would like to return.

We didn't like that we didn't know at the moment of book our room that we had access to jacuzzi, sauna and pool for free.

The shampoo was of very low quality, you have to pay for the utensils of the kitchen an extra fee. The rooms in front of the avenue are noisy.

My room faced the traffic circle and despite a closed window and ear plugs, the traffic noise still penetrated the room.

If you are a local, you know the back roads to reach the hotel, rather than using the traffic circle. Restaurants are easily reachable by walking.

The place is more of a dorm for students than a hotel, which means that there are a lot of young people going around. The walls and windows are very thin so you will certainly hear music, people watching movies or the terrible midnight traffic as the hotel is located in the biggest intersection between Bogota/Chia/Cajica. We had booked 2 rooms, which were sold out by the time we arrived however they managed to accommodate us on the spot. One of the rooms (upgraded one) was facing towards the intersection and the bed would shake through the night due to the heavy trucks passing by. We were informed this was normal. Lastly, the internet connection is unbelievably unreliable.

As a family with children the place was good as it had some entertainment (video games, ping pong table, a soccer ground). It also had a laundromat which was perfect as we continue to be on the road. The cooking staff (Pedro) was very kind and accommodating to our family so we appreciated that a lot. The hotel has a good discount with the parking company hence that was also good for us as we had several days stay.

Too much noise in front of the room the cleaning people start to early moving staff and talking . The beds are very Uncomfortable when you move they make noise too there is too much light comes into the room from windows. they don’t allow us to bring breakfast to the room. We need an iron we have to go to the lobby they won’t bring it to the room.

It has roof top with pool ,social room , Even though we didn’t use it Looks Nice. Checking was easy ,room has a little refrigerator And big closets

Breakfast was offered as a package but nobody was at restaurant at 7 am in the morning when I was about to leave. This is not a hotel as they call it, it is more like a room rental service, with little to no services or amenities.

Very good location, new and clean facilities, modern and stylish. Nice gym and sports area.

No breakfast and some offered rooms were closed. The kitchen was unavailable. The staff could offer a tour of the available rooms to increase the probability of someone taking advantage of those and rating favorable the staff service and overall staying experience.

It was a clean place. I like the fact that the location is good if you need to reach public transport or different malls.

Getting to the place is a nightmare including the problem with the incorrect GPS. Bed was not comfortable. Too much noise and it seems more like for a college atmosphere
