The wifi is not great.

This is a wonderful place, located on a tranquil beach where it is possible to swim (no strong currents). The Managers are super friendly and service minded. The food is delicious. They have a Whats App group so you can order food or drinks to the beach, and get updated about events and possible excursions etc. The accommodation is clean and very nicely designed. There are a range of animals including a dog, two geese and two parrot chicks on the premises.

All the food was phenomenal. I LOVE not having to leave a location to get great food. Everything looked and tasted great! The rooms were beautiful, each with a full bathroom, the view was calming and my favorite thing…the night sky was fantastic full of stars.

We stayed in the main building. Beware that the rooms are not soundproof at all, so we could hear all conversation from the room next to ours.

Walking through the mangrove to arrive to this hidden gem with a private beach makes you already like the place. This is a heaven to rest (except in the rooms - see comment on what i didnt like). The staff and food were great.

Germann and his staff were really warm and welcoming. I only planned on staying one night and ended up staying four! The food at the restaurant was excellent and the location, away from the noise of the city, was exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable beds, hammocks on the beach and even a yoga studio! There was also a free salsa night which I really enjoyed. Highly recommended.

The location is amazing. We really enjoyed the seclusion from everything while only being a five minute tuk tuk ride to palomino town. A little slice of paradise to enjoy with just a handful of other guests.

The location, private beach, and overall beauty of the property and its unique buildings. The staff were wonderful and German at the front desk was very helpful. The wildlife (especially the 2 geese!!) and the upstairs games floor (with access to pool tables and a traditional Colombian game) give it lots of charm. The room was clean and comfortable, though there is no AC and it can be a bit hot depending on the weather (but that is to be expected at an eco hotel).

The location was incredible. We had a private beach to ourselves. It’s a hidden gem they don’t have a lot of guests so you will really feel welcomed by all the staff and enjoy a private beach. The staff even came to our room to bring us food and drinks when we texted them. They also take very good care of the property we could see that they really cared about the place.

Amazing space, very private and very quiet. If you want to get away from touristic places, crowded beaches this is the spot. You can calm down here and relax all day long at the beach.

Only thing I would mention is that the waves are strong so can’t swim most of the time. But walking along the long stretch of almost private beach is very therapeutic.

During my stay, the beach was very beautiful and private. The hotel was clean and the staff were very responsive and diligent. It is rare to not have anything negative to write about.

The food can get repetitive and we chose to have dinner a couple nights in Palomino, which is really only accessible by car.

Everything was perfect - an ideal escape to a beautiful quiet private beach

It might be helpful to include in the hotel's description that there's quite a bit of a walk from the main road to the hotel entrance, especially for travellers coming by bus, so as to be better prepared.

The peace and quiet at this location were just what we needed as a last-minute escape from the hustle and bustle of Cartagena. It's the perfect little oasis with its own private beach, wonderful staff and amazing drinks and food at the restaurant. We had a bit of a rough journey getting to the hotel, after missing our stop on the bus, having spotty cell phone signal and it being the middle of the night. German made sure to make us feel welcome upon our arrival and continued to check in on us during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a way to recharge and reconnect. We loved it so much that we're already thinking of when we'll be back!

The stay at this hotel was a highlight on my Columbia trip. The location is perfect for chilling. Its located on the beach and its only for the hotel. The rooms were super clean and had everything you need plus a small balcony. The staff does everything to make the stay as pleasant as it can be, the chef speaks some English which was a plus Point aswell. All in all abreally nice experience!
