Exceeded expectations. Breakfast was amazing with many choices. Actually food and not a buffet style. Pool was best and sauna. Music and reading room to chill and relax. Easy taxi or uber ride to everything Super friendly and happy people

They charge you for almond milk at breakfast, and if you want another cup of coffee,. If you go to eat breakfast at 9, you have to expect a delay of about an hour. The room doesn't have a full body mirror, and the bathroom doesn't have a very good light to apply makeup. The windows are not noise-canceling windows. If you want to go by walking to the mall El Tesoro, which is close, by night, you will find it difficult to cross the street, and there are some places where you will walk in the dark and isolated.

We loved that it looked like the pictures. There was complementary water in the room, and the staff was very friendly. Also, the hotel was very clean.

The only down side was the location, it was a long way to anything. And I found the check in process very strange just several people walking around with tablets in their hands and didn't know who to talk to !

Beautiful facility, small but adequate gym. Loved the breakfast. The suite was large and comfortable.

Everything was really good.

The restaurant concept is really good, they have healthy food and care about being sustainable. The staff was super friendly and responsive. The facilities were great, the heated pool was amazing. Overall it is a really good hotel.

The location is a bit distant from most things. Taxi ride to most restaurants 10-15 mins. I found the beds a bit soft but that's a personal thing, my husband loved them.

A different but delicious menu in the restaurant. Beautiful hotel and great staff, very helpful. Great pool/spa and small gym and various other cool areas in the hotel. Great breakfast and very enjoyable servers !

I really like the staff. I appreciate the service of our host (Carlos) and Marlon in three restaurant. The staff was so great with our requirements and they did special meals for us. Additionally, the hotel has a good location close to El Tesoro Mall and Parque Lleras

Quite far from the centre and nearest convenient store was a bit of a walk but ubers are cheap and can easily access the areas we wanted to explore so we enjoyed the quiet location in the end.

Staff were very friendly at all times Extremely clean rooms every day with fresh towels Food was good. Swimming pool was nice after a long day since it was indoors could use until 10pm

A bit off the beaten path. You'll need to get transportation to get to things. Located in a nice residential neighborhood. Good for walking, running, bike riding.

Room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. It was fine without it, but it would have been convenient.

Modern building with some unique and beautiful features. The staff was exceptional! Everyone and all the time! Very safe. Courteous and visible security. The breakfast was included and exceptional. I had the chicken pastrami sandwich and I would say it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. (50 countries + including 6 in Italy) also, the 12 th floor is a nice rooftop area with flowers and many seating areas. Great views day and night

The hotel is placed in a lovely area in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Medellin surrounded by trees and the room I stayed was in the 9th floor with a nice view. Beds are brand new and comfortable, the shower pressure amazing and the swimming pool has hydrotherapy I really enjoyed it. Friendly staff THE RECEPTIONIST CARLOS went extra miles to please our needs he was always attentive and helpful . He made us feel like home.
