The window opened to the dining space so lack of fresh air, room got stuffy. The WiFi was mostly non existent. There should be a code for the front door instead of ringing the bell (bell rang at all hours of the night)

Great location, in the middle of the main area of Bogotá. Friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet room despite being in a busy street. Good security, you have to buzz to get in each time, 24hr reception. Laundry service available.

Staff were unnecessarily loud at all times including in the public areas we wanted to use like the sofas and hammocks. Outside noise was also fairly bad from say 6ish am.

One of the staff was not very friendly, bosy & one point threatend that if I forgot my shoos underneath the table again the boss would throw them out (I forgot them there once) One of the 3 rooms I tried was very noise from the bar next door. But only this one room.

The bed was not so comfortable. The room was located next to the reception which was at times during the night a little disturbing.

The hostel is great and very central. The patio with hammocks is really inviting and also teaches about the Bogotano. It seems like a perfect start for tourists, students and backpackers who want to get to know Bogotá.

the amount of hot water in the shower is not enough. Also the number of toilets, and that the toilet is combined with shower is not enough in my opinion.

The place by itself is great, friendly and clean, the bed in the double bedroom is very good. with google translator the communication was good, the boss talks good english.

We didn't like Candelaria by night. It was quit noisy, we heard a lot of music, especially on saturday night. The streets in the night don't feel safe, luckily the hostel does!

It has a central location. It felt safe due to the door system. The kitchen is also nice to make your meal.

- traffic noise from 06.00-00.00 - rooms are connected to open kitchen and hangout room, so you can hear other guests waking up early - bed and pillow are so-so
