Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainMs Martha and her staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful at all times. The location is very good, in Getsemaní on a quiet street but very close to the main restaruant and bar area. Being on a quieter street made sleeping easier. There is good AC and fan in the room so again it was comfortable to sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean and towels changed every day.

Costa Ricatried contacting them ahead of our arrival and never received an answer. due to the location of our room, we had no internet access while in it. the main electrical socket in the room was very loose and made charging things difficult.
exc location! right in the middle of the main tourist areas, everything can be reached within a short walk, or a 15-20min walk tops. the breakfast it included was great. room had a/c.

The lady on the reception was very kind and really very helpful - not only that she showed us where to go and what to visit, she also helped us to solve issue with bus tickets.
