Everything in regards with this hotel was perfect.

Our recent stay at Hotel Visus in Pereira was nothing short of exceptional, and I am eager to share the wonderful experience we had with our family. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a memorable stay. Their dedication to providing outstanding service truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. The accommodations at Hotel Visus were simply outstanding. Our family suite was not only spacious but also elegantly appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Pereira. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience at the hotel's restaurant. The diverse menu offered a delightful fusion of local flavors and international cuisine. The PLUMBING is horrible. I stayed in one suite where there was NO HOT WATER flowing face bowl sink only cold water, but it was perfect in the shower. The second suite had ABSOLUTELY NO WATER flowing from the Hot Water side at all in the face bowl sink, but it was perfect in the shower AGAIN ! This is a perfectly fine situation if you are a person that washes your face and brushes your teeth in the shower, I guess . . . . . But I do not. I wash my face and brush my teeth using the FACE BOWL sink ! The VISUS is a MARVELOUS PROPERTY but they just have to correct these few details and they will be THE BEST IN PEREIRA. It really is an amazing property with AMAZING STAFF AND FOOD !!

Almost EVERYTHING ! This is a LOVELY PROPERTY and if the management would just focus on a couple of particulars, it would be ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!

the rooms although nice and big were not cleaned properly. suffered from bed bugs

Everything was being fixed we constantly had to ask for the water to be turned on in the room then for them to turn on the hot water then to use the pool and none of the water features were working. For the price it was incredibly disappointing.
