Owner didn’t think of extra fine touches and look at the soap they left for us it was”1) Property manager met us and expected us to pay lump sum in CASH and didn’t give option to pay on booking.com application. We then showed her the total expected to pay from the site (a copied screenshot) and she had to call the owner. We had to argue with the owner and she was trying to charge us more saying that I didn’t list my 2nd guest when I did. She finally agreed to the price. 2) The apartment is new and nice and clean BUT a when had to ask for more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, we had to ask for another comforter since only one bed had a comforter. 3) Beds in both bedrooms are absolutely horrible and hard as a rock. it’s like you are sleeping on a hard table. 4) Towels were given as one towel for bath/shower and one for beach. When we asked for another one she told us that since everyone steals them they don’t usually give more. 5) Bathroom showers flood due to poorly designed shower drains. if you take a shower the water will definitely flood. 6) Noise level outside is SUPER LOUD and you can hear the street and everything till late hours. One night it was loud till 4 am. 7) To go to the pool you need to make an appointment which is a hassle. When you are on vacation you want to be able to do what you want whenever you want not have to schedule time to go to the pool.
