We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom 206 is a nightmare. The window shade is broken. The Air-Con fan cannot be turned down. There was no hot water. The noise from the pool is loud. You can hear the people in the dining area on the other side of the pool. The exterior air-conditioning unit is about 12 inches from the window. The toilet stopped flushing twice. As a group, we had 4 rooms. 206 was an anamoly, but you don't want to stay in it.
This place is probably one of the top 3 places in the city.

GreeceNo lift to access upstairs rooms and staircase doesn't even have a handrail for support. Except for just one person in the entire hotel, no one speaks a word of English. WiFi does not extend to the rooms and is only available (at times) in the common areas.
Very comfy bed. Excellent air conditioning in the room (though none in the common areas which are all open-air).

CanadaPool purification systems are way out of specifications. Water is still most of the time. Pools are not connected to the filters. An outside hose is connected a few hours a day. This means no oxígen is getting continuosly into the water, making it unsafe for guests health.

ColombiaWifi. An absolute joke. I've stayed for 3 nights, wifi never works. You can't do anything online. I specifically booked this place, to do research for the rest of my trip. We'll. Didn't go that way. You can't even send a single whatsapp message, don't even think about photos, they will take you 2 hours.. I stayed in lodges, outside of Puerto Narino, in the jungle, they even had proper wifi.
Swimming pool and air-conditioning, good food in the hotel restaurant.

NetherlandsThe room in the ground floor I had has no windows no air ventilation. So the air is very bad and smells bad due to humidity. Extra charges at checkout out is a problem.The behavior from the hotel personnel after asking why the extra charges was very aggressive and rough. Instead of trying to figure out what has happened the attitude is very aggressive. Although at the end the receptionist at desk and on instructions from the manager wrote on the final invoice, hand written, that the extra payment I made of those charges will be returned to my my account, it did not happen. The matter of charging extra amounts with no reason to customers is not taken seriously and it takes large efforts to try to get it corrected. In my case no return has been made even after emailing and messaging the hotel. The breakfast area can be very crowded.
Be alert of Extra charges at checkout. Although in my case the mistake of having charged me extra was recognized no return of the extra payment was made. Moreover even the manager was notified by the receptionist clerk no action was taken so it seems to be rather routine. Do not expect either a customer oriented approach. The behavior from the hotel personnel after asking why the extra charges was very aggressive and rough. Instead of trying to figure out what has happened the attitude is very aggressive. Although at the end the receptionist at desk at instruction from the manager wrote on the final invoice by hand that the extra payment will be returned it did not happen.

United KingdomThere isn't any WiFi (although this isn't advertised) and, it can take a long time to try and pay the bill using card. This is to be expected in Leticia as few places have WiFi so you're reliant on 4G mobile networks which can be slow. We were able to pay on card in the end it just took a fair few attempts
The breakfast was really good, staff friendly and open to help. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The location is great for accessing the port and local amenities and restaurants/bars in the town.

United StatesThe staff were never very friendly or helpful, except for one server in the restaurant. I asked for assistance a few times (just basic questions about restaurants, tours, getting a taxi to the airport) and the desk staff were not very helpful and seemed almost bothered, not inviting or friendly. The Wifi did not work for the three days I was there, as many other guests mention in reviews.
The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. the room was comfortable and clean.

United StatesThe WIfi was absolutely HORRIBLE! But the worst thing was trying to sleep. This place is also a community party venue, which is strange for the open lobby 20 ft below all the rooms. And the rooms dont have sealed doors. They have a half inch gap so you can hear EVERYTHING said below you, while laying in your bed. And it seemed like every night they had a wedding or some type of party til 3am. PLUS below my room on the OUTSIDE was the hotel bar, which played loud music til 2-3 am…EVERY night.
The location was great, the room a/c was great, restaurant was great…and the staff was EXCELLENT!
