The fact that there was no microwave in the room for me to heat up my left over food or anything i wanted to warmed up, no YouTube or Netflix.

The food at the restaurant not the best. As most of the food was cooked with too much salt or oil. I had requested many time for my food to be cooked with very little oil and salt but it was still not good.

Great service, and the variety of breakfast is a plus! The bathroom door is very inconvenient as it's shared with the closet. Every time we need to use it, we were afraid it would fall on top of us. Other than that, very good.

They should work on the odor extractor in the bathroom. It is too noisy; better pillows; upgrade the Gym.

There are some things I need to point out: 1. Staff needs better training: Front desk was bad mouthing other guests and gossiping. One even tried to gossip with me. Huge NO NO NO. The staff helping at the breakfast buffet was helpful and kind, but the waiters tending the tables were not. They were not warm and welcoming. Actually, they seemed annoyed you were even there. 2. Lack of maintenance: Shower was absolutely awesome but there were some structural issues in our room. There was a patched up hole next to the toilet and the closet doors are way too shaky. The sheets were clearly old or have been used too much. The rooms smelled humid. The rooms weren’t soundproof we heard someone crying next door. 3: No attention to details: Cleaning was okay but there was no attention to details. No coffee refills and no coffee cups refills after use. No daily water bottles either, which is a must considering you can’t drink tap water in barranquilla. 4. Okay breakfast: Barranquilla is the food city of Colombia, so many delicious food yet it fell so short. I’ve stayed in other hotels in the city that strike the balance between continental breakfast and local cuisine yet they fell short. It wasn’t bad, but it could be better.

The hotel is located at an awesome location, close to many amenities and very secure area. Awesome rooftop and wet areas.

Walls were thin, we were able to hear every detail of the conversation our next door (unknown) neighbors were having at 1 am. When we checked in they gave us one keycard and we asked for a second since we were four people and it was as if we were asking for something unbearable, and as a favor they provided the second key.

When I saw the parking lot (yes I went with my car), I did not feel safe atall. The room: room was clean but they really need to get rid of those old bedsheets.

as with most of these type hotels you can't open a window for some fresh air have to depend on the AC I don't like that when the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't operational
