The room looked a bid old, and they left the rooms with the doors open, so when we arrived late in the afternoon, the room was already fool of moskitos. They don't have a protective cover l or anything that protect you from moskitos

It is convenient and well located. Just right for one night. There are many restaurants and farmacies around.

The young woman at reception was not particularly helpful when we arrived but she did warm up somewhat after we kept chatting to her

Clean, budget friendly hotel in downtown Leticia. Fairly basic facilities but we had a big room with a King size bed which was clean and comfortable. Quiet too (on a Saturday night!). Shower cold but ok for the climate there. Right next door is a super restaurant serving local Colombian food - Tierras Amazonicas. The hotel desk sells Mojojoy (live weevil grubs) as snacks for 5000 cop!

The cold water was a bit chilly in the morning when one is used to hot water showers!😆

The hotel is centrally located and has a great pool for swimming. We enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms were clean and comfortable for our stay!

The staff when we arrived didn't seem friendly and I felt like I was an inconvenience for them and there qas 3 girls there they also gave me the wrong key and someone was still in the room but when I checked out the main girl was friendly

Breakfast wasn't ready in the morning when we needed to leave. 7am, supposed to be available at 6.30. On the other hand my son wasn't ready eityer so maybe we didn't have time.

Good location, possibly the biggest bed I have ever slept in. Staff were good. Good restaurant next door. Arranged a one day tour to drop us at Purto narino which was excellent.

the air conditioning was working but due to the configuration of the room (containing 3 beds),it was unable to cool uniformly. some of us were cold while the others were too hot during the night.

a small but complete buffet breakfast was proposed, for a very good price. The pool was very nice.

They had a swimming pool but I would not like to swim there. There is no area to sit outside which would be nice as well.

The rooms were clean, we had air condition which is nice against the many mosquitos! The staff was very helpful to organise another room because we needed an early check in because someone of us was sick! We could also leave our bags for the amazon tour in the hotel. Very friendly and a good value for the really small amount of money.

First room were were given had a window looking out on to a unlit area in the middle of the hotel with other guests able to look into the room. We asked for a different room and got one on the first floor. Internet access very poor, but it is not good throughout Leticia.

Well located in central area of Leticia, walking distance to everything required for our visit. Breakfast was not included but optional on request. Swimming pool was nice and water temperature not cold.

The big bed was amazing, very confortable. The climate air system was very good too. It can be very hot and humid in the amazonas. Very close to everything in the city !

It's on the main road so can be loud - our room overlooked it. Altho it wasn't loud too long. Walls thin had some loud guests next door. Reception staff not that friendly

It has a surprisingly large pool for a hotel on the main strip. However it also has a palm tree in the middle so difficult to swim and there isn't much space around it for chilling out. Great Central location, feels safe Very big hotel with lots of chill out areas (except pool) Air con works! Convenient

The first room we got was very basic, it only had the bed basically nothing else, it was also very small and the airconditioner was not working properly. After we paid a small difference we got an upgrade.

The 2. room we receieved it was great, spacious. For the value of the price it's nice,The swimming pool was very clean.

WiFi was terrible, as in it didn't even work. They have multiple networks and I asked at the front desk for use of one that wasn't listed and the helpful staff logged me in, but it still didn't work.

Great location, friendly staff. It was overall a comfortable stay. Literally everything we needed was within a block. The pool felt amazing after sweating in the heat of Leticia.
