My stay at Maxx Value Homes was excellent. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the online photos, which is a rare find. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was impressive, and it made our stay comfortable and worry-free. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was prompt and clear with all communications. We had no issues finding the place or accessing it. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

I like the location, I like the fact that the suites have balconies and the fact that some of the TV'S have the ability to play music through the speaker in the bathroom.

They rarely seem to hoover up the rooms and you end up with clumps of previous guests hair and one of the members of staff was particularly rude and insulted my fiancée on more than one occasion which I definitely do not stand for

Beds are comfortable, lighting is good, fairly soundproof to external noise.

Drains partially blocked, rarely hoovered so had to deal with previous guests hair on the carpets and the standard Avani rooms although soundproofed to external noise the internal noise of other inconsiderate guests and staff constantly woke me up from as early as 4am
