Our second stay here & once again it was excellent - breakfast buffet & iftar were fabulous, rooms spacious, clean & comfortable, facilities are great, it's close to all the sights without being in the craziness of downtown (walking distance to Adrenark which we LOVED!!) and free underground parking is a real bonus. A special shout- out to the lifeguard first- aider who leapt calmly into action when my brother in law slipped and cut his head - it was dealt with professionally, quickly & with minimal fuss, turning what could have been a really nasty event into a little hiccup - thank you so much!!

Apartment very clean and comfortable with swimming pool view . Location is near to downtown . Communication was very easy and especially thanks to mr Shahzad Yousaf for easy check inn and check out . He was helpful with all requests . Hopefully will use same company again for my next trip to Dubai

The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. They have a wide range of food for breakfast. Rooms were always clean and tidy.

On two occasions we were not able to get back on the shuttle bus from the beach because others were pushing in. We ended up just walking to the tram stop and connecting with the metro. A system needs to be developed so that the "pushy" guests do not benefit from their actions.

Took very long to check in. They put all the blame on booking.com not sending the booking through. Had to change rooms as the first one smelled strongly of smoke. They canceled the complimentary shuttle bus for no obvious reason. It wasn’t really heavy rain. Sorry was the only compensation offered
