Affordable apartment, and very clean. Close to central buss station and mall. HUGE thanks to landlord who opened the door at 2am, as our flight late. 9 stars because of that. There is drinkable water and tea/coffee available at shared kitchen.

Shower, which is located in the toilet. Water everywhere. At 4:30AM there was a call to a prayer from the mosque, which was SO loud, as it was played on huge speaker under your window.

Staff was great. Even when I got up to take the shuttle at 4 a.m. staff were nice and comfortable. Shuttle was perfect. Rooms were a little dated but they were comfortable. Perfect for the purpose!

The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. They have a wide range of food for breakfast. Rooms were always clean and tidy.

On two occasions we were not able to get back on the shuttle bus from the beach because others were pushing in. We ended up just walking to the tram stop and connecting with the metro. A system needs to be developed so that the "pushy" guests do not benefit from their actions.

Need improvement in basic facilities like the current was off for 12 hours during the stay and also although I pay for 6 bed room but got 10 bed room that too i informed but no one cares to atleast acknowledge it and charge the rates of 10 bed room. So little improvement in such professionalism is required
